Such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Chicago! The room was beautiful, and the view was incredible. What really stood out was the staff. Michelle at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, and Karen, Michelle, and Kyle at the Concierge Desk were incredibly helpful. Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to care about making my stay a great one. Housekeeping was fantastic and somehow kept my room in perfect order while I was coming and going for the Christie’s Real Estate conference. The doormen were always friendly and welcoming, and the banquet team did a great job as well. The food was delicious! As a former hotel-side event planner, I know how much work goes into hosting a conference, so I have an extra appreciation for the entire team behind the scenes. The conference services team deserves a big shoutout too. It really was the little things, the friendly faces, and the consistent service that made the stay so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Chicago team for making it such a great experience!

Although I have stayed at this fabulous hotel many times in the last fifteen years, I received the best service last weekend by Front Desk professional named Angel. This gentleman took the time to ensure my room preferences were met. He even upgraded my room to ensure they were met. This is above and beyond service. Angel ensured that special foam pillows were also prompted brought to my room immediately. Service lacks in a lot of hotels these days, but FOUR SEASONS STILL EXCEEDS expectations. Excellent location, suite and even better is their attention to detail. LOVE this hotel!

We recently stayed at The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city, with convenient access to excellent shopping, restaurants, and many of Chicago’s most popular attractions. The location made it easy to explore the city while still providing a peaceful and luxurious place to return to after a busy day. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. The views of Chicago were also impressive, especially in the morning and evening when the city lights created a beautiful backdrop. Everything felt carefully designed to provide both comfort and sophistication. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to housekeeping and dining, the staff consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. They were happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and assist with anything we needed. The hotel’s dining options were also excellent, with high-quality food and a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities, including the pool and fitness areas, were clean and well maintained. Overall, The Four Seasons Chicago offers the level of luxury, service, and attention to detail you would expect from a five-star hotel. It is an ideal choice for a special occasion, a relaxing getaway, or a memorable visit to Chicago. We would gladly stay here again.

We LOVE the FS Chicago and have stayed here for the past 25 years. Our most recent stay was 6 nights and we were there to enjoy the city. Every single employee is genuinely kind and caring. Special shout outs to Mason (rooms manager), Karen (best concierge in town!), Luke (front desk), Adam (house car driver), and Stacy (Adorn Restaurant). The hotel is the whole package from the rooms, food, spa, and overall atmosphere. I have already booked our stay for next summer and we might be there again in the winter. So go ahead and book a stay here because you won't regret it!

Wonderful service and accommodations. The bed was super comfortable, spectacular pillows and bedding. Turn down service very attentive. Hotel is decor is beautiful. Food at an event was great which is unusual. Coffee bar in lobby was overpriced and staffed with just one person but great orange cake and coffees. Will stay again.

The best Four Seasons hotel I’ve stayed at. The team I worked with were exceptional. I worked with Mason at the front reception and Karen at Concierge. They were both extremely helpful and attention to detail was amazing. I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel. I particularly loved the gym and spa. I love having coffee while working out and they had coffee ready at the gym every morning at 5am. The best experience. I will be coming back.
