We had a really nice time at Cinnamon Lakeside. We came with our family and enjoyed the hotel, the pool area, and the food. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendly service. We would especially like to mention Ajith, the Pool Bar Manager. He was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable without making us feel like we were being watched all the time. He came and checked on us naturally and made us feel very welcome. Lasantha and Sheriff were also very helpful, and the whole Pool Bar team were friendly and attentive. Even the lifeguards around the swimming pool were doing a great job and made us feel safe and comfortable with our family. What we liked most was that everyone seemed to work together as one team. The food was good, the service was warm, and the whole experience felt relaxed rather than too formal. Thank you to Ajith and the entire Pool Bar and pool team for making our family visit a really enjoyable one. We will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful Sunday evening at the Pool Bar! The atmosphere was lovely with a great vibe, making it the perfect place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pizzas which were a highlight of the night. The cocktails were refreshing and well-crafted. What truly made our visit special was the warm and friendly service. The staff were always smiling and very attentive. Special thanks to Lasantha, Kasun, Menuka, and Ashen for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend this place for a great evening with good food and drinks!

The buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, from fresh salads and flavorful main courses to delicious desserts. Every item we tried was well-prepared, fresh, and full of taste. The live stations added a special touch to the dining experience, and the overall atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing night out. What truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service we received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Experience at Pool Bar We had a wonderful time at the Pool Bar restaurant. The view is absolutely stunning and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. Every dish we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What really made our visit special, though, was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Ravindu, Kasun, Ashen, and Menuka—they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and top-notch staff. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Cinnamon Lakeside. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. The Front Office team was warm and helpful, the lobby atmosphere was beautiful, and every interaction with the hotel staff felt friendly and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the Pool Bar. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and we really enjoyed the food, drinks and service. The Pool Bar team went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly and always ready with a smile, which made us feel more like valued guests than just customers. We had the pleasure of working with Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo to host dinner for two groups of French travellers, totaling more than 110 guests, at the hotel's 8 Degrees on the Lake restaurant. The entire team was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the event. They understood the requirements of handling large groups and ensured that everything was well organized and executed smoothly. The food was excellent, and we received many positive comments from our guests regarding both the quality and variety of the dishes. They also thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and unique lakeside setting, which added to the overall experience. The changing rooms provided for our guests were also greatly appreciated. They were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable space for guests to freshen up before the evening.
