Our first stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven was truly exceptional, and we will definitely be coming back! What stood out the most was the incredible hospitality. Every single staff member, from every department, greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Their attentiveness was outstanding, we never had to wait for anything, as they were always ready to assist with a pleasant and professional attitude. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The food was another highlight, with a wonderful variety of delicious dishes, including plenty of fresh and natural options. Our children had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. To make our stay even more special, they provided us with a complimentary birthday cake and a beautiful room decoration for our son's birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our family. Everything was absolutely spot on from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team at Jetwing Colombo Seven for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to visit again!

Jetwing Colombo Seven was the perfect choice for our first night of a 9-day Sri Lanka holiday. The staff were attentive throughout our stay and made sure we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving us a relaxing start to the trip. Upon arrival, we booked a 90-minute couples massage, and it was fantastic. Thank you to the ladies at the spa for their warm welcome and for helping us de-stress after a long flight. Don't miss the rooftop with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the city skyline. In the evening, we enjoyed à la carte food and drinks at the bar, with stunning views of the Lotus Tower. Breakfast the next morning was equally delightful. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great way to begin our holiday. Highly recommend!

I came here for high tea to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and honestly, we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Sitting by the pool with an amazing view of the Colombo city skyline made it even more special. The atmosphere was so relaxing, making it the perfect place to spend a beautiful evening. I’d definitely recommend their high tea to anyone looking for a relaxing evening with great food and a beautiful view.❤️

We visited for the restaurant and had a really enjoyable experience! The food was yummy, and the prices were reasonable. They offer a great variety of savoury items and sweet treats, so there’s something for everyone. The live stations for vade and pancakes were a nice touch and made the experience even better. A special mention to Nawod and Siva for their excellent service. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always serving with a pleasant smile. Their customer service was truly outstanding and made our visit extra special. Overall, we had a lovely dining experience with delicious food, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. Definitely worth visiting! 😊

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The food prepared by the head chef and team is great! Lovely pastries. Clean room and prompt room service. The spa is great to unwind. We’ve booked a 2-bedroom room and it is just perfect. Nothing to complain at all. Spacious and clean room. Everything is just right. Will defo staying here again. The only thing is that we hope the room service can be 24/7 or extend till midnight at least.

My experience at Jetwing was phenomenal. I had been staying at a few other hotels at a similar price point, and this was my best experience by far. They take great effort to be hospitable, the staff is very accommodating (shout-out to Samantha at the front desk). I greatly appreciated the refreshing welcome drink and the sweet treats to my room. I like that they focus on sustainability and using biodegradable, natural fabrics for disposable items. Overall, the rooms are super clean and well equipped with a coffee bar (with a french press), great waterfall shower with just the right pressure, cups, water, lotion and everything else on brand with their organic and sustainable theme! Thank you jetwing and staff at Colombo 0u for surpassing all my expectations. You guys are amazing! PS: the rooftop pool offers the best views. I highly recommend a morning swim!
