I had a great stay here as a solo traveler. The hostel felt very safe, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. The common areas made it easy to meet other travelers, but there were also quiet spaces to relax. The location was convenient, with public transport and attractions nearby. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling alone and would happily stay here again.

My room was really nice, shower and toilet absolutely clean! There were many changes in my room, also at night and in the early morning, which made it not exactly quiet, but the people were all really nice! Bar and restaurant are extremely good and even locals spend their evening there! However: you cannot prepare your own food and even leaving your luggage for a couple of hours is not for free.

Cheap, efficient and very good location. The rooms were clean, the toilet and showers were ok in the room. The main downside is the building has absolutely no soundproofing for outside sounds, be prepared for the bin lorries!

DON'T STAY HERE! I paid extra for a private room so nobody could get to my things. We locked the room and went out. When we came back our food was gone and our luggage had been searched. Staff referred us to “management” and wouldn't help with anything on site. Management sent a lock log showing only our own key cards and suggested we had left the door open. We hadn’t. So either their log doesn’t record every entry, or their locks don’t work. Take your pick. Their house rules promise 24/7 camera surveillance. Reception says there are no cameras. Management won’t say which is true. Their last answer was Section 9.3 of their terms: Generator is not liable for any loss of guests’ property. In other words, not even in a locked private room. They charge hotel prices but offer dorm security and take no responsibility. Stay literally anywhere else. DON'T STAY HERE!

It was very clean. Each bed has its own socket and light. Rooms are spacious. Only thing is each bed had a privacy board at the head, but I feel a curtain would have been better. As the only female in a room of 7 men, I was a little uncomfortable so ended up hanging my towel from bunk above. Staff were friendly and helpful.

my keycard didn’t work, then my bed wasn’t made and the mattress pad was dirty and had to be redone, but it got fixed with yet another dirty mattress pad. my shared dorm turned out to be me and 5 other men and as a solo female traveler that’s a bit of a red flag. the guy working at the front desk went back and forth for 10 minutes on getting my room switched so i could switch somewhere where the bedding wasn’t dirty and i wasn’t the only girl, but after back and forth he decided they were at 100% capacity. all of this took 40 minutes in the middle of the night and walking up and down a flight of stairs multiple times due to the elevator being broken. no conflict resolution was provided other than a free drink at the bar while i waited.

I stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s very central, right next to the metro, and you can easily reach all the main attractions in Copenhagen. The building is huge, and the room was decent for the price. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm, and the bed was comfortable enough for one night. The hostel also offers luggage storage, which was convenient, although it comes at an extra cost. My only downside was the elevator. Since the building is so large, I had to wait quite a while, especially with luggage. It was also occasionally wet and not always very clean. The staff was okay—nothing exceptional, but they got the job done. Overall, I think this hostel offers good value for money. If you’re looking for a central place to stay and don’t mind a few minor inconveniences, it’s a solid option.

The location is definitely a big plus for everyone. The rooms are clean, the stuff is helpful. I stayed in the 4 beds room and it was pretty nice. The only problem I think, the sink is in the room, not bathroom or toilet. When it's night and you want to brush you teeth, you may wake people up while using the tap. This is a problem I faced in my stay, not a big deal tho.
