Quiet area yet very central. Rooms were clean and had enough storage space. Bathrooms well maintained and clean. A few extra hangers would be useful but overall a great stay for a reasonable price.

The hotel's location was excellent—absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was good, but it would have been perfect if they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The room was small but sufficient for two people. The bed was comfortable. There was Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. The shampoo and hand soap were nice; they smelled lovely and didn't make my hair stiff. However, it would have been great if they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, if there were slippers, it would be a flawless hotel.

Great location, within walking distance of almost all the main tourist attractions. I barely used public transportation during my stay! The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. I was traveling solo, so the room size was perfectly fine for me. Overall, a great option for exploring Copenhagen!

The single room that I stayed was so.practical and enough but may be it can be small for somebody. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Very effective study table. The only missing item may ve wardrobe for a longer stay. It is perfect for 1-3 days stay. Locker room and iron room are active.

We stayed in a room with three people. It was quite small but for just sleeping, it was fine enough. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than enough towels. Nice shower and bathroom. The only thing missing was a wardrobe, so we had to live out of our suitcases. It is perfect for a short stay!

We had an excellent stay in Copenhagen. The service was outstanding—arguably better than the five-star hotels we stayed at in other cities during our trip. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Housekeeping was very easy to arrange; simply informing the front desk a day in advance was enough, and the room was always cleaned thoroughly. Fresh, clean towels were provided daily. The room itself was quiet and extremely comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. We especially enjoyed having a garden-facing room where the windows could be opened, making the stay even more relaxing. Compared to the hotels we stayed at in Berlin and Düsseldorf (which cost significantly more), this hotel was noticeably more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby, including Italian, Thai, and excellent bakeries. It’s just a short walk to Nyhavn, about 5 minutes to the metro, and very easy to get to the port—taxi rides were also reasonably priced. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Copenhagen.

We stayed at Wakeup Copenhagen, Borgergade from June 12th to 14th, and it was ideal for a two-night trip. The room was on the smaller side but both were comfortable and very clean. There wasn't much space to store large luggage, but since we arrived with just backpacks for our short stay, it wasn't an issue for us. However, this might be a point to consider for those planning a longer visit. The room came equipped with a TV, and the bed sheets were spotless. The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right across from the famous Gasoline Grill, and almost everything was within walking distance, making it a extremely convenient base for exploring the city. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy, as you could complete it yourself using the self-service kiosks. Overall, it was a great, hassle-free experience for a quick getaway.

A clean, quiet, and beautiful hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen. It’s quite reasonable given the area’s standards and price. There’s no closet inside where you can unpack and store your luggage, only coat hooks. The fact that the hooks aren’t attached to the wall is a plus, you can hang your towels to dry in an open area. The central air conditioning in our room wasn’t very powerful. You need to request housekeeping in advance, there’s a note card for this purpose. The internet connection cut out occasionally, but it wasn’t a major issue. The staff were polite. Since we stayed for four days, they provided us with a free bike for one day (there were two of us, so one bike for both). It’s a much better option than the alternatives near the train station (both in the city center and at Osterport). It’s worth the difference in price.
