We spent three night there and enjoyed them all. Check was smooth and the staff helpful. They gave us a tour of the property. Our room overlooked the gardens and was very large. They had plenty of drinks and snacks for us. The bed was comfortable and quiet. We used the quiet room at the spa which is small but nice to not be charged to relax there after a long day or walking. The breakfast was good but nothing special. Overall a very nice stay.

Everything is perfect, we enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely stay in Nimb Hotel again on our next trip to Copenhagen!

Whenever I travel to Copenhagen, I always stay at Nimb Hotel. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, you truly feel at home. The staff are exceptional—warm, attentive, and always happy to share their recommendations for the best places to visit in the city. Every single person we met played a part in making our stay so memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking Tivoli, which is such a magical and unique experience that you can only have at Nimb. What impressed me most was the incredible attention to detail. The room was filled with thoughtful touches, from workout equipment and little gifts to a complete skincare routine, with the same products available in the spa. They really have thought of everything. The spa is incredibly peaceful, and breakfast is simply outstanding. There is an impressive buffet with exceptional-quality products, as well as an à la carte menu offering everything from chia pudding to beautifully prepared breakfast dishes. A special thank you to Bouja at breakfast, who was so kind and attentive. By our second morning, she already knew exactly what we liked before we even had to ask. Uffe is simply the best—his recommendations made our days in Copenhagen even more special. Enrika’s cocktails were fantastic, Maya was incredibly welcoming, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for. We always leave Nimb with wonderful memories, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We can’t wait to return.

My wife and I stayed several nights in a wonderful suite overlooking the Tivoli gardens. The room was comfortable, large and complete with modern amenities. The service was outstanding and the warm and friendly demeanour of all the staff was refreshing. It was the best hotel we stayed at so far during our 3 week long Europe trip! In terms of location, it’s right in the middle of the city, very close to restaurants and the shopping district. It’s also right across the road from the metro train station which was very convenient. A great bonus was that we were able to get free entry to Tivoli gardens amusement park including all the rides. I managed to go on a few which was very fun. We’ll definitely be back with the rest of the family in the near future. Thank you for looking after us NIMB.

Nimb is a beautiful property in a great location. Our suite was spacious, looked much better than on photos and very clean with a lovely terrace overlooking Tivoli gardens. We also appreciated the little perks and local products in the room — those thoughtful touches are always nice and give the hotel a bit more character. I must add that to me the hotel front from the Tivoli side looked very strange Indian palace style on photos. So I was hesitant about booking. The property turned out to be fine. That said, some aspects didn’t quite live up to what we expected from a five-star hotel. The rooftop pool is really more of a very small plunge pool, quite cold too (for that weather) and the spa is tiny. Breakfast was also surprisingly average for a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. The staff were polite, but generally didn’t seem particularly engaged or proactive. On the day of our departure, we wanted to have something downstairs before catching our train. There had just been an event and the dining area was closed, but nobody offered an alternative or suggested somewhere we could sit and get a coffee, water or a small snack while we waited. Overall, it felt more like staying in a very luxurious serviced apartment than in a five-star hotel where you genuinely feel looked after. It is otherwise a very nice property, with beautiful rooms, plenty of space and a fantastic location — but at this level and price point, I would expect a much stronger sense of hospitality and attention from the staff.

Do not judge this hotel from Bernstorffsgade. The street side is ordinary, but inside it is all detail and craftsmanship, and from the Tivoli side it is a Moorish palace in Italian marble with onion domes and minarets, lit up like a fairytale at night. Hotel guests get free entry into Tivoli Gardens straight from the building, which is a treat. The staff is small, a couple of hosts at reception who double as valet and concierge, but they were sharp and helped me with airport transfers and questions before I even arrived. My room had a modern take on Arabian decor, a large bathroom with tub, walk-in shower and double sinks, complimentary coffee, tea and snacks, and a balcony where I could hear the music drifting up from Tivoli. Bed and pillows were excellent. The bar mixes serious cocktails, the spa is small but has a great therapist, and the central station is right across the street.

An exceptional hotel experience. The room just immaculate, well thought through with a beautiful terrace, original art and antique furnishings. Generous add ons everyday during the stay. Access to the park at all times, including the concerts and rides. Incredible staff - from housekeeping to reception. I would especially like to mention Christian at reception who when I mentioned that due to not booking earlier, I could not get a facial appointment on the same day, he went through the trouble of calling various practitioners and organising an appointment for me! The pool is a lovely area to relax and enjoy being on top of the world. Really, a magical wonderful experience.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nimb Hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite for a few nights, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. One gesture that really stood out was during our 5:00 AM checkout, when they offered us freshly made coffee before we left. The room was incredibly spacious and had real air conditioning with adjustable temperature control. It was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Our outdoor patio overlooked Tivoli Gardens, yet once the doors were closed, the room was impressively soundproof. We enjoyed the beautiful view without any of the noise. One of the biggest perks of staying at Nimb was the free direct access to Tivoli Gardens. It was incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day, making it easy to take breaks, cool off in the room, and return to the park whenever we wanted. The complimentary minibar was another pleasant surprise. Everything except the alcoholic beverages was included, with a generous selection of delicious snacks, sweets, soft drinks, etc. The room amenities were exceptionally generous and thoughtfully curated, making the stay feel even more luxurious. Breakfast was simply outstanding. The pastries were some of the best we’ve had, and the selection of both hot and cold dishes was extensive and delicious. It was easily one of the highlights of our stay. The heated rooftop pool was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing—an oasis after a day of exploring Copenhagen. Nimb Hotel truly excels in every detail, we would return without hesitation.
