Overall average value for the price I paid. The hotel doesn’t offer any benefits to Marriott elite members, whether it’s guaranteed late check-out or free breakfast. The breakfast option is very limited. The Villa Copenhagen is about 30% lower rate compared to this hotel and has a better overall experience: there’s heated pool, significantly better breakfast option. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed a total of 7 nights before and after our trip to Greenland. Our stay at Nobis was actually one of the highlights of our Copenhagen trip. We had a normal superior room which was compact but functional and good for two people - the super high ceiling made the room feel much more spacious. Slippers, bathrobes, and bottled water were provided. You could just call the front desk if you run out of drinking water. There was also turndown service every evening, where housekeeping would place delicious chocolates on the bed. On to the breakfast - we really loved the breakfast and despite having the same spread for so many days, we never got sick of it. It's not a huge spread at all, but they have everything you need and it's all fresh and good quality produce. There are two different flavours of yoghurt and you can add all the toppings you want, freshly squeezed juices (more than 4 types),cold cuts, cheese, salmon, pancakes, pastries, fruits etc. You can also order eggs cooked any way. Now on the location. It's very convenient as a base and only a few minutes' walk to CPH Central Station. There's a small grocery store just next to the hotel, and you are just one block away from Tivoli. It's located in a safe and quiet area, which we liked. A shout-out to Eric (I hope we got his name right) at the concierge who made our stay extra lovely.

It was a great pleasure to stay at the Nobis. The hotel itself is beautiful — the building, the design, every detail. The level of service is truly exceptional, and a special thank you to Kasper at the concierge desk — what he does for guests is simply unreal. Service of a level you rarely see anywhere. As Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite members, we were genuinely impressed: we received an upgrade to a penthouse suite, which is extremely rare among Design Hotels, since they’re not technically a core part of Marriott. Nobis went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back.

We are currently staying at the Nobis hotel. As frequent travellers we stayed in many 5 star hotels but this hotel will for sure not become a favorite one. This is my first negative feedback since many years.. |The rooms are quite nice, Scandinavian sober but okay. The rain shower is terrible, hardly any water pressure. |The thin duvet does not cover the whole width of the bed so the first night we were so cold , we hardly slept and asked for a second one duvet. |The hallway is full of laundry trolleys all day so you can hardly reach your room and it looks so sloppy and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet was sober as well, no special hot menu : omelets, eggs benedict etc , not a great service, you had to make your own tea and get your hot water from a thermos.. The price was almost 80 euro’s for the 2 of us. Just a 1 |morning experience.. |renting bikes is also extremely expensive 35 euro per bike per day where as everywhere in the city you can rent a bike for half price… |So in total not a very disappointing experience and not a hotel we like to come back to. Far too expensive and for sure not a 5 star.

It was a beautiful stay at the Nobis hotel, the location is great, the personnel is highly professional and the food is delicious. I booked a Junior Suite Loft and it was super nice, but smaller than what I expected. That part was a little bit disappointing. I had also booked including breakfast and apparently that was not updated to the personnel at the restaurant, but the staff managed the situation super well and I could enjoy a very good food and experience.

We stayed over an Easter Holiday weekend. The hotel does a good job communicating in advance and gathering information pre-arrival. We were warmly greeted and told that no upgrade was available (Platinum means little now). We were shown to the room and a piece on the frame of the bathroom door was off and I tripped. We let the hotel know but no one was available to repair it. The dining experience is very nice and both the food and team were great. There is a nice gym and sauna. We enjoyed the location and it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. The room, fixing the frame and the curious nature of that experience left us with less than a great experience. The housekeeping staff was attentive as well. It is a great city-no matter where you stay!

Recently had a few nights at the Nobis Hotel, as we were getting married in the nearby city hall. The hotel is a lovely building and very well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us some free glasses of cava and a bottle in our room with a really nice handwritten note congratulating our wedding. We've kept that note as part of our memories! We also ate in the restaurant and the food was great, especially the local langoustines. Breakfast was also very high quality and never crowded. The location is really good, close to everything and easy to navigate. Overall a great stay and we'd happily stay again if we return to Copenhagen.

Excellent modern hotel in a wonderful location. Beautiful comfortable lobby. Nice food options. Deluxe room 555 in front was large and light filled. This is a hipster vibe decor similar to the W. Everyone was friendly unhelpful. Some short falls. There is no Bellman with 10 steps into the busy lobby. That’s a miss. Lighting is funky in the room with 5 random switches to operate dim LED design lights. Let there be light . Too dark. The drapes travel rod definitely needs an upgraded. You shouldn’t be yanking drapes function. We enjoyed our stay, bedding comfortable and highly recommended. It’s definitely an upgraded experience.
