Very Small Room!!! Stayed here for one night with 3 people in a room with a private bathroom. The location is definitely one of the best things about the hotel. It is around a 12 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, which makes it quite convenient if you are travelling by train. The lobby also has a nice sitting area where you can relax. They have good coffee too, although it is paid and not included for free. The main issue for me was the size of the room. The room is really, really small for 3 people. The bathroom is also very small and there is hardly enough space to shower comfortably. The window does not open fully either. With three people staying in such a small room, it can feel quite suffocating, especially when you have luggage with you. Considering the size of the room and the facilities, I feel the room price is slightly on the higher side. The lift, however, was good and worked well during our stay. Overall, the location is convenient and the hotel has some nice common areas, but the room and bathroom are simply too small for 3 people. For the facilities provided, I feel the price could be a little lower. Rating: 3/5

Stayed on 5th floor along with other members of our party, in a standard room with my 8yo daughter. The location is great but the rooms are not. Our bathroom smelt very strongly of urine. It is one of those cabin rooms where the toilet and sink are underneath the shower so I am sure that the shower is regularly used as a toilet. I thought that maybe the shower curtain had been urinated on, from the strong smell, but then again it may have been the drains. I asked for a new shower curtain to be fitted while we were out and could not tell if this had been done when I returned. The awful smell persisted and it was so bad that it made us gag while brushing our teeth. It really was worse than a public urinal. |Friends had the same issue in their bathrooms. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights and spent all our time out and about!|Also had really noisy ventilation pipes that knocked irregularly against the wall and the noise was too loud to zone out when trying to sleep. I asked for some assistance with this (such as turning the ventilation to our room off) however was told this was not possible and was offered some earplugs instead. |To be fair, they worked well and I was able to sleep with them in, provided the bathroom door was firmly closed to keep the smell at bay!|Wasn’t able to access the WiFi either.|All in all, despite the great location, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel.

The rooms were great considering how expensive travelling to Copenhagen is. Beds were comfy and rooms were equipped well too. For a more budget friendly hotel with brilliant central location, this was a great stay. I'd especially like to say thank you to a night employee named Burhan. His service was fantastic and he really went above and beyond to help us when we're very panicked about finding accommodation for the night due to an error made by booking.com. so we are very thankful to him for helping us.

The ladder in the room was quite shaky and the toilet was so small and cramped and barely had any room to move. They also didn’t do any room cleaning for the 4 days we were there but you can get fresh towels from the reception. The location was quite good and only a 5 minute walk to KBH central station and not too far from any bus stops.

​I had a good, hassle-free stay at Cabinn City Copenhagen. The self-check-in and check-out process is incredibly quick and simple, though the staff is also very cooperative and helpful if you need anything. The entire hotel is clean and well-maintained. ​The location is a major plus, it is very close to public transport, making it super easy to explore the city. ​The only things to keep in mind are that the rooms are very small (compact, cabin-style), and they do not have fans, which can make things a bit uncomfortable during warm weather. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, efficient, and well-located base to sleep in while exploring Copenhagen, it's a very good choice!

Although this hotel appears to position itself as a budget option, it is still expensive considering the poor standard on offer. In fact, this ranks among the three worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. Upon arrival, my family requested that all three of our rooms face the courtyard in the hope of enjoying some peace and quiet. Unfortunately, the courtyard is shared between the hotel and residential apartments, which resulted in significant noise from both parties in the apartments and general activity in the courtyard. As a result, getting a good night’s sleep was difficult. Another major issue was the lack of air conditioning. As far as I could tell, the reception area was the only part of the hotel equipped with air conditioning. During our stay in July, temperatures were very high, and many guests appeared exhausted at breakfast after sleepless nights due to the unbearable heat in the rooms. One guest was so desperate for a cooler place to sleep that they tried to spend the night in the reception area, only to be asked to leave by hotel staff. The rooms featured small, narrow single beds that were not particularly comfortable. The bathroom layout also seemed poorly designed, with functionality taking a back seat to appearance. The shower was especially disappointing, with a water-saving showerhead that provided weak water pressure and an overall unsatisfactory experience. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was rather limited. I would have appreciated a better variety of hot items, particularly eggs and bacon. As we arrived slightly before check-in and departed later than check-out time, we needed somewhere to store our luggage. The hotel required guests to rent storage lockers in the basement, which was difficult to navigate and locate. Charging extra for this service also felt unnecessarily unfriendly. The only real positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Beyond that, the overall experience fell far short of expectations, and I would struggle to recommend it to other travelers.

This place is about as bare bones as one can get. The rooms are TINY, the bathroom is compact. However, the staff, common areas, breakfast, and location are well worth it! The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Shower water pressure was just right. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to rent a locker to store our bags before our room was ready. We purchased the breakfast which has hot and cold options. The pastries were amazing. The best is the location. You are very close to Tivoli, the train station, and there is a bus stop just steps away. The only downside was the street noise as we kept the window open. If that bothers you, I suggest requesting a courtyard room.

Location: 5-7 min walk to train station, 20 min stroll to Nyhaven, 40 min to little mermaid.|Room: clean, funtional + definitely tiny. Beds can fit 3, but best if only 2 adults. The shower is so small that your rear will stick to the curtain if you bend down to wash your feet. No aircon, so you need to open the window. WiFi was fast and reliable.|Staff were helpful. Overall, good enough "quality for price" on short layovers in very expensive Copenhagen.
