Beautiful hotel and great ambience in the lobby and bar. There is no parking or stopping in front of the hotel so you must schlep your luggage across the street to the hotel entrance - rain or shine. We booked a “superior room” for 4 nights. It took over an hour for us to get our luggage delivered to our room. Aside from 4 drawers there are no shelves in the room to put your “stuff”. The bathroom sink is so small and again, no space for cosmetics. The “turn down” service is a bottle of water. If you ask for more water in a carafe, you are told to use the tap water from the sink. There is no artwork on walls of hallway or room (maybe this is the “culture”). Housekeeping service is not consistent -you may get new drinking glasses - you may not. Same with towels. Breakfast was good, great selections. Staff was nice and friendly. Overall appearance of hotel was clean. I do not know if I would stay here again.

Quiet, soft bed, nice breakfast. Clean enough. Expect the food service in room isn’t that nice, I ordered something called “hot smoked salmon”, but what sent to us was a salmon can, and it’s cold. Others are fine, love the wooden card key and the double layered window.

Lovely experience staying at Villa Copenhagen. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Every staff member is so kind and the hotel is incredibly clean. The rooftop pool (and sauna) is awesome. Everyone wears the robes and flip flops provided and it is a great vibe. During the week it’s a lot of business folks and there are couples and families on the weekend. Highly recommend if coming in from out of town. As a solo traveler, was easy to meet and connect with other guests at the property. Don’t sleep on the breakfast — only con is that it is SO much food you’ll need to balance to enjoy all of Copenhagen’s fantastic food scene. They serve every pastry from Rug bakery so save your taste tests for the breakfast :) (and green smoothies are available to balance out the pastries). Will certainly book Villa Copenhagen the next time I’m in town.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Copenhagen - the location is perfect for traveling in/out and around Copenhagen as it’s right next to the train station and the metro. The staff was lovely and attentive. The bakery it’s connected to (Rug) is fantastic. The pool and sauna area also very nice and hard to find in Copenhagen. The only complaint we had is that the rooms are pretty small - we were in a standard king and there’s only one chair, no desk, and barely anywhere to put your luggage. But everything was clean and the design is very pleasing.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon while visiting Copenhagen for a week. Absolutely incredible hotel- we will stay here again the next time we visit. We were upgraded to the Deluxe Suite because of our AMEX membership. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom vanity was perfect for getting ready. The turn down service was lovely, and we appreciated how quickly they gave us new towels and fresh water for our night stand. The best part was the continental breakfast - they had green smoothies, delicious meats and cheese and salads and fresh rolls from their bakery. Even when we had an early train to catch at 7AM, the breakfast was available for us. Very quiet location (even when there was a massive street festival going on in the city). Highly walkable to the metro and regional train station. We also used the pool for a nightcap and the gym was small but clean and very functional.

We stayed at Villa Copenhagen twice (January and May) and both stays were absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a very central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, and the pool was a real highlight of the stay. Overall, we always felt very comfortable here and will definitely be coming back again.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were good sized, but the night tables were too small to be very useful. The bathroom sink was the second smallest sink I have ever seen in a hotel room, and no counter space. The location was convenient, and walkable, the restaurant was great with some of the best pastries I have ever had. The rugs in the room were a bit of a tripping hazard, as the corners curled up.|The price was reasonable.

Stayed here for 2 days while on a work trip. It's a beautiful hotel. The room was wonderfully decorated, clean and had everything I needed. I really appreciated the GF options at breakfast. And the location next to the train station and Tivoli is an added bonus.
