(Translated by Google) The hotel has terrible rooms, high prices, rude staff, and is an expert at overcharging for rooms. I hope everyone traveling there will be aware of this, and it's best to avoid it altogether to prevent your vacation from being ruined. (Translated by Google) Near the market (there's a shortcut down the stairs opposite the hotel), near Xuan Huong Lake. My room was 403, with a view of the tower and the Chicken Church, very beautiful. The hotel owners were lovely and helpful. They even helped recharge our car battery when it ran out. As a 1-star hotel, the rooms were decent, not overly luxurious. It was clean, the bathroom was clean and odorless (I REALLY LIKED it). There was daily room cleaning service. The room didn't have a hairdryer, and the shampoo and shower gel were in sachets, so those who want to use personal items should take note. Cons: the slippers in the room were a bit stained and old, not very appealing. The hotel should replace them with fresh ones for better hygiene.

(Translated by Google) I have a more detailed review below that you can refer to. - The room costs 350k, no view, a 2-3 star guesthouse rating. The room's furnishings are mediocre, the TV doesn't work, and the power cord is too high to reach to unplug it, so I don't know if there are any hidden cameras or anything, it just shows red. The room and bathroom have a vacuum cleaner, the floor is quite cold and not insulated, slippers are mismatched, there's a hairdryer but you have to ask the owner to bring one (you absolutely must have a hairdryer!). The room door is small -10/10, the lock looks like it's about to break. - It's near the city center, easy to remember the way and saves (...), but I still drove to other places to eat and drink because my feet got tired. -One thing that really bothered me was that I stayed for two days, and the owner didn't mention anything about cleaning the room because I didn't request it. I stayed one night, and when I came back the next morning, I saw the blankets neatly folded, the trash taken away, but the floor wasn't swept. I checked my money and it was still there 😰 I had locked the door before leaving, but the owner opened it, did that, and then locked it again... so security = 0.5*. When I left, they didn't say anything about what they did or anything. -Most people here don't need air conditioning, guys. I went in early August 2024, it was cold, but I didn't even turn on the fan because it was so cold, haha. -The bathroom provided shower gel, toothbrush, and towels... it was clean, 4/5*. -The mattress was like a normal motel bed, thankfully it was fine for two days and I slept well <3 The motel owner was also friendly.
