Google· 6 months agoThe property is located where it is indicated. The photos partially match what is shown on Booking.com, but not entirely. The room itself was not very dirty. We had agreed in advance that the hotel would provide airport pickup, as advertised. However, no one came, no one answered the phone, and my messages were ignored. In the end, I had to arrange an Uber myself. When I arrived at the property, I couldn’t even get inside. The staff were asleep, and the doors were locked and barricaded with wooden sticks. Access to the property is difficult, and the exterior is very dirty. Inside, things are also untidy and poorly maintained. Regarding the booking conditions, it was clearly agreed in advance that there would be no extra charges for early arrival. Despite this, I was asked to pay additional fees upon arrival. The room doors are very thin, and you can hear everything from outside. The air conditioning cannot be properly adjusted — it’s basically either on or off with a single button. The listing mentioned a private shower, but in reality, it was just a tap. The shower fixture was broken and sealed off, making it unusable. Essentially, you have to wash at a tap. The attitude of the staff was also questionable. The only reason I chose this property was its proximity to the train station. I would definitely not stay here again.

Google· 2 months agoExcellent Stay & Outstanding Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every time I visit Delhi, I prefer staying at Blue Pearl Hotel, and once again, it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, hygienic, comfortable, and feels very safe. The service is excellent, and I especially appreciate the boy at the front counter. He is always polite, helpful, and supportive with everything I need. His welcoming attitude and willingness to help make the stay even better. Overall, Blue Pearl Hotel provides great hospitality, cleanliness, security, and excellent service. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi. ❤️

The complimentary breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Amit for his excellent service and hospitality. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend Blue Pearl.

Google· 6 months agoI had a really disappointing experience at Hotel Blue Pearl in Delhi. This has to be one of the worst stays I’ve had. The staff behavior was completely unacceptable. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero respect towards guests. Instead of helping, they made the whole experience stressful and uncomfortable. The service quality was very poor, and it felt like they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Basic hospitality was missing. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in Delhi. Save your money and avoid this place.
