This property is the same for hotel Delhi Empire DX . The owner was same . They have shared me the location of hotel chanchal delux . I was inquiried about for the same but by following the location I have reached Delhi empire dx. Just wanted to mention that It was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in Delhi. This is an extremely poorly maintained and unhygienic property, and I would definitely not recommend it. The hotel seems to cater mainly to couples looking for rooms for a few hours. Apart from the bed, there is hardly anything in the room. The AC did not work properly, and it seemed to be controlled from the reception area. Whenever we went out, they would apparently switch it off, and we had to call the reception repeatedly to get it turned back on. The surroundings of the hotel were extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom was another major issue—the glass/window was such that a person sitting inside could apparently be seen from outside, which was extremely uncomfortable. There was no proper doormat, no hand wash, and no bucket. The intercom phones in the rooms did not seem to work either. Overall, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. We would never recommend this hotel for a proper stay. For local couples looking for a short stay, it may serve their purpose, but for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and decent hotel experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

We stayed for single day. This is just walking distance from the station. This side is better in Paharganj. We had three ac rooms. All rooms were cleaned, spacious and safe. Bathroom was also cleaned and hygiene. Room rate was affordable. Food was also tasty and maintained its quality. Staff were attentive and cordial. They can arrange for car in reasonable rate.

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff during my recent stay at the hotel. This was my fourth visit, and until now, my experiences had been satisfactory. However, this time was extremely unpleasant. The receptionist, Amit, displayed highly unprofessional and rude behavior, not only towards me but also towards other guests present at the time. When I politely requested separate billing for a combined payment and room services, instead of assisting, he raised his voice, used inappropriate language, and outright refused my request. What made the situation more frustrating was that, during my earlier interaction on the first day, another staff member had clearly agreed to provide separate bills. Despite explaining this, Amit neither acknowledged it nor made any effort to assist. His tone, language, and overall conduct were completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. As guests, we expect not only good facilities but also respectful and courteous service. Unfortunately, the behavior I encountered was far from that standard and left me feeling disrespected and insulted. I ultimately had to leave the hotel without receiving a proper bill, after paying the full amount, and enduring a very unpleasant experience. I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously and address such behavior. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially when there are many better options available nearby offering both quality service and professionalism.

Pahadganj street is very dirty. Local place. Hotel is good. Don't take non ac there. There are no windows and room is too hot, unable to sleep. Room service us bad. When we first enter the room, a cat ran away from the room. The bedsheets were dirty. We told the room boy to change the sheets but he only changed the bedsheet, not ready to change the comfort. We removed the comfort and kept it in corner. It's very dirty and floor is also not clean, full of dust and hair.They said that they have already cleaned the room. So, we cleaned the room ourselves. Otherwise its ok. Bathroom was neat.

I would not recommend this hotel Beds and Blankets are dirty. The towel looks ridiculous. The room is full of small small cockroaches. Idk when they cleaned their room lastly. They dont allow outside foods and drinks. They will ask extra 500 for advance check in. Even though they have room if you dont pay extra they wont allow you to do early check in. I strongly recommend you all to avoid this hotel.

The room itself was not up to standard. It was not properly cleaned . dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had a noticeable odor. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. I raised my concerns with the front desk, but the response was dismissive and no effort was made to resolve the issues. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and service. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheets and pillows appeared unhygienic, and the doormats were full of dust and dirt. It looked like the room had not been properly cleaned or dusted before our arrival. The condition of the room was completely different from the photos advertised online, which was misleading. Basic cleanliness standards were not maintained, making the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers unless significant improvements are made in housekeeping and overall room maintenance.
