Hotel Sunstar Heights — very bad service and a disappointing experience. The daily room charges are quite high, but the service does not match the price. They don’t properly clean or arrange the rooms, and the overall hygiene is very poor. The staff’s behaviour and attitude were also unacceptable, and some of them appeared to be under the influence of alcohol while on duty. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To make matters worse, they gave me an incorrect bill at the end of my stay, which shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

Good morning From last 1 month i am staying in SUNSTAR HEIGHTS, i saw the outstanding performance of all staff ( ashok , kundan , ankit ) , the behaviour of hotel staff is polite and humbal, they don't take a task as like work they take it like service and try to complete it within given time, they don't take a person like customer , they serve like guest, If i talk about the hotel facilities is up to the mark They give which is promised to provide, some small things like evening tea make a strong bonding between staff and guest. All time food breakfast, lunch and dinner are given on exact time according to fix manu and Manu is changed every week , the condition of rooms is very good and room is cleaned every day with change of bed seat and all . Great place to stay, very comfortable, neat & clean. But one problem was with the geyser, so there is no separate geysers for rooms. There is some common geyser that connects to all rooms . And you don’t get hot water as expected in winters . Majority time it was hardly Luke warm. Also that warm water timing is from 6am to 9am then from 6pm to 9pm . So apart from these timings you don’t get even the warm water , it will be cold . So I would say it’s a great place to stay in summers and rainy season , avoid during winters. Also The towels offered seemed little old with all the linen coming out & sticking on to your skin all the time . Otherwise There is mini fridge , kettle. Excellent room service . Good food. Very good manager.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunstart Height. The staff here are extremely polite and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. Their behavior made me feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. Truly a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunstar Heights and it was a wonderful experience. Mr. Nair and the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

SUN STAR HEIGHTS... Your hotel' services, condition of rooms and all type of accommodation is outstanding . Behaviour of staff( specially MR ASHOK)with guest is polite and humble , it's not feel like that we are staying in a hotel, it's feel like we staying in our place, Some small things like providing tea in evening add more connections with staff . We know the lot of hotels but the real hotel and hotel staff we find here. Major defreance between your hotel and others that they think about earn money but you guys are think about happiness and comfort of guest THANK YOU STAFF

Nice spot to stay. The host was kind enough to let our luggage stay back for a few hours. Highly recommend. Will come back next time. Mr. Nair was an excellent host.

This property is located at an excellent easily accessible location, the staffs are friendly, the service and food is good. Overall perfect for budget stays. Note : The manager Mr. Nair was really friendly and helpful
