Had a great 3-night stay at Hotel Sunstar Heritage with my family. The location in Karol Bagh (Channa Market) is very convenient, just around 4.5 km from Connaught Place. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the overall service was excellent. Special thanks to Nitin and Ravi for being extremely helpful, polite, and guiding us with cab service and sightseeing plans. The restaurant was also great—breakfast was delicious, and Ashok provided excellent service. We did face a minor issue with warm water in one room at one point, but it seemed temporary and likely got resolved. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! 👍

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The self-service food was also quite good with decent variety and taste. Overall, a nice experience and worth the stay. And Mr. Ashok had a great Service

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing.
