I stayed at this hotel for four days, and my experience was amazing. The staff was very cooperative, professional, and always ready to help. The duty manager, waiters, and housekeeping team were extremely active and responsive. Whenever I called for any assistance, my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The food quality was excellent, and the rooms were cleaned regularly and maintained very well. If there was any issue, the staff resolved it quickly. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall environment is peaceful, comfortable, and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Sun Residency Hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent service.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunstar Residency, Karol Bagh! The hotel staff was very welcoming and even provided us with a complimentary early check-in, which made our trip much more comfortable after a long journey. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and looked exactly as expected. The washroom was very clean and hygienic, which is something I really appreciate while staying at hotels. Another great thing about this hotel is its location- the surrounding area is clean, peaceful, and convenient for travelers. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi and looking for a comfortable stay in Karol Bagh!

My stay at Sunstar Residency was pleasant and well-managed The property is conveniently located, rooms are clean, and overall services are maintained to a good standard. I would especially like to appreciate the efforts of the receptionist Mr. Nitin. His conduct was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. He handled responsibilities efficiently and ensured that guest concerns were addressed promptly and politely. Being a person from the Indian Navy, I value discipline, professionalism, and courteous behavior, and I was glad to see these qualities reflected in Mr. Nitin’s approach towards his duties. His positive attitude and sense of responsibility contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of the front desk. Overall, Sunstar Residency is supported by a capable team and staff members like Mr. Nitin add value to the guest experience. I wish the team continued success.

The hotel provides extraordinary services. From the start of my trip towards the end, all of our need were fulfilled. Each and every staff member is warm and friendly. The food was excellent and was made in plentiful amounts. The room were hygienic and cleaned every time we left the room. Overall the hotel is excellent and offers exceptional accommodation

Really enjoyed my stay at Sunstar residency over the last weekend, as a solo traveller. I had booked a deluxe room which was quite spacious,(as compared to similar hotel room couple months back at Bengaluru), the staff quite efficient. The hotel is centrally located, so very important especially in a spreadout city like Delhi.What stood out aswell was the traditional furniture with the royal North Indian style.

The hotel service was excellent and highly commendable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and featured beautiful old-fashioned furniture that added charm to the stay. The washroom was also clean and properly maintained. However, the wooden doors require some attention, as they are beginning to rot at the corners. Additionally, there was some inconvenience regarding the checkout time. While booking through Goibibo, the checkout time was mentioned as 12 PM. Since I had a train at 2 PM, I requested a slightly late checkout at 1 PM, which was initially agreed upon. However, the next day, I was asked to check out by 11 AM, which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with minor areas that could be improved. Rooms and service is worth 5star
