Good I had a wonderful stay at The Lohmod Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

The location is good for the airport. The room size is big enough. The hotel lacks proper maintenance. Looks very dull. The linens provided were not very clean. The bathroom was stinking, even though I complained about it the staff assured me that he would send someone to look into it, but nobody turned up. The bathroom was very basic. I wonder why MMT is showing this hotel as a four star. It basically is a two star hotel. I booked a deluxe premium room, but there was nothing premium about it. There is no bedside lamp. There is no two-way switch next to the bed. The AC was not cooling adequately. The staff will give you an uncomfortable stare when you enter the hotel premise. Overall I am disappointed with the stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, hygienic, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. Really disappointed after booking hourly room here. They have advertised the hotel as 4 star but the service provided and conditions of the rooms are more like 1 star. We booked the room for 9 hours but left after an hour or so as the rooms felt more like a motel. Only plus is the close proximity to the airport.

Booked room with kids on 3rd floor in may end month. Breakfast was good dinner was promised buffet but not given. It took 3 hrs to cool the room as Ac was not able to cop up extreme summer.

I booked online for one night. At check in I was told to pay more. I had no choice at that time. Why did the hotel accept the booking of the price was not acceptable to them. After that I was given a room fast from lift with stairs. There was no partition between shower and rest of bathroom. Towels were smelling bad.

Not well maintained . Suffocating rooms. Dust on Furniture window, AC is making a lot of noise, not worth the Tariff. Only positive is taste and quality of food. However, that is also over priced.

It is a budget hotel with decent facilities at the rates provided in Delhi. The service is good, food is good. Rooms are decent with good air conditioning. Reception and other staff well behaved and polite.
