We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Hotel, and the team made my birthday extra special! ❤️ A special thanks to Tina, who upgraded our room to a beautiful sea-view room for my birthday. They also arranged a small birthday cake in the room, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. I absolutely loved the surprise! Our experience at Serenity Spa was equally amazing. The treatments were fantastic, and special thanks to Dewi, Rhoda, and Nyonmi for making it such a relaxing and wonderful experience. We also had dinner at Boldly Asian, where Pann provided superb service. She recommended some excellent dishes, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. She also arranged mocktail shots for my birthday, which made the evening even more memorable! A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and excellent service. Every little detail made our stay special, and we truly had a lovely experience. Would definitely love to visit again! ✨❤️

Lovely and warm service. Genuinely one of the top 2 churrascaria in the city. Calm, friendly and attentive. Great spread and very good quality. No skimping on the meat and everything they bought was just perfectly cooked. Special thanks to Mohammad and the whole team for being so gracious.

Has an excellent stay in Dubai. Here for a week to play golf. Fairmount the palm in superbly situated to get to all the courses. Hotel is very comfortable. Food is great. If you are first timer in Dubai the cost of food and drink would come as a shock. £17 for pint of Guinness. And i though london was getting expensive. Room was excellent. Room attendants were excellent shout out to Teddu and Hem. Always very clean.

I’ve pretty much toured every hotel on the Palm - and my thing is always trying a new one each time. But this place? I’d actually come back. Location is perfect: beginning of the Palm, big mall next door and so many restaurants around I couldn't decide what to eat (first-world problem, I know). The sea is calm, the beach is fully equipped and the pools are dreamy. Room was immaculate, housekeeping was lightning-fast, concierge was lovely, reception was quick and smiley. Everything just worked. So for the first time ever, I'm planning a repeat stay at the same hotel.

Love this place. Always a fun getaway. Rooms can use some renovations to match the listed prices but in general you get what you pay for. Service was excellent, it is unusual to get as good of a service by the pool. Frankly I’ve come here 3 days in a row and received consistently great service by the pool from Andrew. I returned to sit in the same area in order to enjoy the attentiveness quick and professional service. The Adult pool is amazing and quiet. Not the loudest nor the busiest. A very nice experience in general.

Fantastic First Stay on The Palm – We’ll Be Back! We recently stayed at Fairmont The Palm for our first ever trip to Dubai, and we’re so glad we chose this hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and made our first visit to Dubai really special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with pretty much everything you could need for your stay. The beds deserve a special mention too — honestly, some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in for a long time! We had a brilliant night’s sleep. The housekeeping team also do a fantastic job, freshening up the rooms daily and keeping everything clean and tidy. The adult pool was a real highlight for us. We didn’t have kids with us, so this was where we spent our pool time, and it was exactly what we wanted: chilled, relaxing and with a great atmosphere. A special shout-out to the guys working at the pool bar — top guys who really added to the experience! There were plenty of sunbeds available whenever we visited, and we never needed to get up early to reserve one. This may have been helped by the time of year we visited in mid-October, but it was a definite bonus. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent. The reception team were always helpful, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which makes such a difference when you’re away from home. Getting around was also incredibly easy. We used the Careem app to book taxis whenever we headed out, ordering one as we passed through reception. I’m pretty sure the longest we waited for a taxi was around two minutes! The convenience was brilliant and made exploring Dubai and The Palm completely hassle-free. The hotel’s restaurants are also well worth visiting. We ate at Little Miss India and Boldly Asian, and both were excellent. The decor in each was fantastic, and the food was top-notch. I’ll leave a more detailed review of each restaurant separately, but both are well worth trying during your stay. As first-timers to Dubai and The Palm, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Fairmont The Palm helped make our first Dubai trip one to remember, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the moment we checked out, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were genuinely impressed by how helpful, kind, and attentive everyone was. Even when we asked for things that we were not actually entitled to, the staff always did their very best to accommodate us. And whenever something was not possible, they were almost apologetic about it, even though there was absolutely no reason for them to feel that way. A special thank you to Zainah, Tina, and Rasmita, who were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Although we had originally booked three rooms with city views for two nights, the hotel kindly upgraded one room for both nights and the other two rooms for one night each to sea-view rooms. This was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated by all of us. We also requested a late check-out, and once again, the team did everything they could to help us. Overall, the hospitality and genuine effort of the entire team made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to everyone, and especially Zainah, Tina, and Rasmita, for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the hotel was very child-friendly. A lovely family hotel with great service — we would definitely stay again! A big thank you to housekeeping Rohit, Kumar and Rupei, for keeping our room spotless, clean and tidy throughout our stay. They were all so friendly, helpful and hardworking. Excellent service and a real credit to the hotel.
