I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Dubai. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options. I would definitely consider staying here again.|I really appreciate the housekeeping team especially Shiva..|THANKYOU.

I am extremely satisfied with the housekeeping service during my hotel stay. The rooms were consistently clean and well maintained. Shiva was very professional, helpful, and responsive, always ensuring that everything was taken care of promptly. His dedication and positive attitude made my stay even more comfortable. Our stay at Holiday Inn Jumeirah was truly exceptional. My wife, baby, and I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Shekinah, Mary Ann, and Jasmine for their outstanding hospitality. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family's comfort made a lasting impression on us. Traveling with a young child can be demanding, but they made everything so much easier with their warm smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to help whenever needed. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous, and dedicated to providing excellent service. It is rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn Jumeirah for making our family stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to return again.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai - Jumeirah. The hotel delivers everything you look for in a convenient city stay—clean, well-designed rooms, comfortable bedding, and seamless service that makes you feel valued as an IHG member. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the fantastic team. A huge thank you and special shout-out to Omar, who was an absolute hero during my visit—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. Great location, excellent value, and genuinely hospitable staff. Highly recommended!

I am Gold Elite member, Im stay here 1 yr before and now I come back because I like the hotel. The breakfast is tasty, the restaurant staff is very nice like jasmine and kaung they always keep our food good they helping the group too much. The room is clean and smells good highly recommended..
