We’ve had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the food has been amazing throughout, but what has really stood out is the level of service. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Raghu, Niranjan and Borzo, who have all been brilliant and really helped make our stay memorable. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. An amazing hotel with exceptional staff and service. We’ve loved every minute and would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special. The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful. We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well.We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into. The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area.Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The buffet was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the team — everyone was friendly, smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure the guests were happy and enjoying their experience. A special mention to Roxy at the French toast station — her French toast was absolutely delicious! 😍 And a big thank you to Hassan and Dexi for being so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and an amazing team. Definitely a wonderful way to start the day!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Indira from the Front Office and Roseline from the F&B department. A very special thank you to Indira, who went above and beyond to assist us when our flight was delayed. She kindly arranged an extension of our stay and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were truly appreciated. We would also like to give a special mention to Roseline from F&B, who provided outstanding service and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Her warm and attentive service really stood out. The Palm Avenue restaurant by the poolside was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. Overall, a fantastic experience, made even more memorable by the wonderful hospitality of Indira and Roseline. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and would be happy to return.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault the service. Every member of staff (Raghu, Ajay, Ashiq, Brozo, Aziz, Vamshi) went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special mention goes to the team around the pool, who were exceptional. They were always attentive, bringing us water throughout the day, helping us reserve sunbeds, and making sure we had everything we needed from the bar without ever having to ask twice. Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly, welcoming attitude made such a difference to our stay. The excellent service didn’t stop there. The room service team were prompt and professional, and the staff in the buffet restaurant were equally attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was well looked after. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding, and it’s the wonderful staff who made our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently hosted one of my events at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From the very first enquiry until the event day, the team was extremely supportive, responsive, and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Shehzad for making this event happen successfully. His dedication, coordination, and constant support throughout the planning process were highly appreciated. He ensured everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. I would also like to appreciate the Operations team, especially Mr. Hamed, along with the Front Office and Banquet teams. Everyone was actively involved right from the beginning and showed great teamwork. They personally attended to our guests, ensured everything was well managed, and even handled last-minute changes and escalations with great patience and efficiency. The team’s attention to detail, hospitality, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference and contributed greatly to the success of the event. The food quality was very good, the venue location is excellent, and the overall ambience was perfect for a special occasion. Thank you to the entire Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah team for making the event memorable. I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service provided throughout the journey.
