We found ourselves staying at the Kasbek for a couple of nights following the cancellation of our flight. |It is small and very quaint boutique hotel in the Lapad area overlooking the harbour. |The rooms are full of charm and character with beams and warm decor. The bed was firm but being tall I found the bed wasn’t long enough. |The bathroom is fully stocked but we only had a shower over the bath. |Breakfast was served in the charming courtyard and was all to order. The quality of food served was excellent. |All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. |The pool area was quiet most of the time, so no problem to get a sun bed. These were very comfortable. |The pool bar was open from 1pm - 6pm and also served food, again to the same high standard. |If you are looking for a quieter hotel, with excellent personal service and don’t mind being a little further from Dubrovnik, then this is the perfect place.

Amazing hotel! On arrival welcomed and made to feel comfortable, with the reception team giving great advice on where to visit and what to see. Rooms are very nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning is very effective (even mid-July when we visited). Bathroom has everything you need. The outside eating area for breakfast is calming and a lovely place to sit and relax. Pool area is amazing, with a bar service from 1-6pm. I would stay here again, and again, and again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We wanted to be able to get away of from the crowds after a long day in Old town or Lapad beaches and this hotel was perfect. Old city is 7 min away by Uber or you can hop in the bus across the street. The hotel is small with only 16 rooms. |The rooms look better than the pictures. Our was number 10. Gorgeous. The Staff is attentive and professional. Breakfast was free and delicious. Try the mandarin juice! We had it everyday.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our two suitcase collected by reception and taken to our awaiting room whilst we completed a very swift check in! The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely size bed and coffee and tea making facilities! The hotel and surrounding areas are beautiful and so well maintained! The pool area is stunning plenty of Sunbeds to choose from and is so relaxing! The food and service was excellent throughout our stay and staff are so friendly and on point! There are some lovely bars and restaurants outside the hotel too but still very quiet area! Would love to return some time! Thank You Hotel Kazbek!

This hotel and its staff are wonderful. A beautiful building with very comfortable spacious rooms. and a lovely outdoor pool. |Breakfast is a la carte with an extensive menu and everything cooked to order - delicious.|The hotel is situated across the bay from the cruise terminal, slightly out of the centre of Dubrovnik. A bus stop right outside of the hotel will get you to the Old City in 10 minutes and is very cheap.

We visited this hotel only for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. The beautiful heritage atmosphere and peaceful inner courtyard, filled with greenery, shade, and comfortable wrought-iron chairs, make it a lovely place to start the day. The breakfast (€25 per person) offers a great selection of pastries, hot dishes, sweets, juices, spreads, sweets,... Everything was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was polite and efficient, but it felt a little impersonal. A genuine smile can make such a difference, and that warmth was missing. As the staff member serving us was very young, I believe a stronger supervisor or mentor could help inspire more confidence, enthusiasm, and hospitality within the team. Overall, an excellent breakfast in a beautiful setting, and I would happily come back.

What a lovely hotel this was. A great location. Only about 10 minutes from old town Dubrovnik. The hotel as well as the restaurant staff were very nice. Our stay included breakfast at the adjoining restaurant which was a sit down meal from a menu. A calm and peaceful area.
