This was a wonderful hotel in a good location with stellar staff. Location: Hotel is a short walk from the train and can even be reached from the train's underground walkway, which was great when it was raining. Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean. I'm pretty squeamish about cleanliness but had no discomfort at all. I really appreciated that the pillows smelled fresh too, as hotel pillows often smell of other people's hair oil and I can't use them, but I had no issues with the pillows in my room and could rest comfortably. Amenities: I really appreciated the range of amenities available. If I come to fukuoka again I would certainly stay here. I felt so well taken care of. Service: The true stars are the team that work to keep this hotel running. The staff were polite and friendly and never made us feel like we were being a bother. I had a few special requests and they attended to them and really exceeded all expectations I had. I think it's only appropriate to finish this with a huge thank you to the staff and housekeeping for making my experience such a wonderful one!

Five out of five is a very high rating with the hotel deserves it. Located directly in front of Hakata station. Rooms are well equipped with five star amenities. There’s an all hotels in Japan extremely clean and service very polite. If you want something to complain the only thing you can mention is that the fridge is empty like nowadays in most of the hotels. However you have a coffee maker. But this seems to be a trend in this industry and didn’t influence my rating. Will certainly come back ++ mattress |++ extremely quiet|++ big TV with connectability to mobile devices. |++ fast Internet|++ equipped with everything you expect in a five-star hotel|++ spacious room|+/- empty fridge.

Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Great location. Good size room. Pleasant staff. Great public bath facilities! And very good consideration extended when we inadvertently left some clothing items in room after checkout. Miyako Hotel actually sent items via post to my country after we enquired via email about them. Good stuff!

I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality and the friendly, helpful service provided by the staff. The guest rooms were kept spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel boasts a prime location right next to Hakata Station, offering excellent access to the airport and the Nakasu area. With extensive facilities such as a spa and an outdoor pool, it is an ideal choice for long stays.

Perfect location if you’re staying in Fukuoka — just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and getting around the city. The hotel itself feels like a relaxing escape despite being in such a central area. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool, which was a great place to unwind after a day out. The spa facilities were also excellent, featuring an indoor hot spring and a steam room that made the stay feel extra luxurious and rejuvenating. Overall, a great balance of accessibility, comfort, and relaxation. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Hakata.

Right opposite Hakata station , 2 stops on the subway from the airport and there is a subway exit straight to the hotel elevators Easy check in , room spacious for 3 , separate toilet to bathroom , bath and shower and all the amenities you could want . Breakfast was a good choice of a buffet , swimming pool ok (closes between 12-2…?) We did do some trips via Klook and they pick up right opposite the hotel so a great location for that . Would recommend .

Stayed two nights in April 2026. What a fantastic hotel this is, really close to Hakata station which is convenient. You can also access the station on B1F which is convenient for when it rains. The room was a good size, the bedding comfortable. I always like the Japanese hotel rooms where the toilet and the shower/vanity are in seperate rooms. The breakfast buffet is on 13F (pool, which is heated, and spa is also here) and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from up there is also great. Overall a good experience and I highly recommend it for your next trip to Fukuoka.
