Wonderful stay! The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The private spa was a fantastic experience and the perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared eggs made to your preference. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Has everything you could need nearby. The rooms are pleasant. Easy to use thermostat. Can link up to play your own music. TV supports netflix&youtube (you have to login though) or casting from your device. Only downside was the pillows but I'm used to my own memory foam one and I struggle at pretty much every hotel with that. My wife was fine with them. Good ammenities. We did the welness for 1 hour and enjoyed the sauna/hammam a lot. Breakfast was simple but nice enough. Service staff at the front desk was the best. Super friendly and helpful.

A lovely experience, with great staff - from reception to the Kitchen support at breakfast. We'd informed them ahead of time about my wife's dairy intolerance, and they couldn't have been more helpful - and were expecting us. Variety of hot options cooked to order, plus wide selection of buffet style cold options. Not sure why there was a notice to only toast the white bread, but we - naughty - snuck in a couple of the delicious brown and no-one seemed to come running! | |Located on the edge of the university sector, a few minutes walk from the main heart of the town: but for us, ideal as we were also attending the 6-day cycling at the Velodrome - which is in the other direction. Very few rooms - 14? - hence a quiet atmosphere, but immaculately presented. Clearly recently modernised ( or converted?), with modern trappings, presence aware lighting & heating, drench shower ( but not excessive), kettle and Nespresso coffee maker (refills every day) . Balcony small but that was not a problem in November (it was snowing...) and the street quiet. The downstairs sitting area / terrace we didn't take advantage of, as it is mainly outdoors - again, this was November, but from looking around, it would appear to be a great summer option. No bar service: - I *think* you could access drink and food from a fridge behind reception with your credit card, but we didn't try. There are many places in Ghent to go anyway... | |The spa hour included in the price was very smooth, and also seemed new and modern. Both sauna and hammam working as expected : was good to see that they only turned them on ahead of bookings, would have been very eco-unfriendly to have left them on all day on the off chance. 2 shaped beds, lemon and mint water, towels, gowns to your room ahead of your appointed hour, and private access made for a very relaxing break from shopping and watching sport.

Fabulous stay. We loved this modern hotel, which was incredibly well thought out. The rooms and showers were wonderful, the 'bar' brilliant with a nice outdoor space. Breakfast was incredible-lovely buffet and amazing specials cooked beautifully by the smiling team. The use of the spa was an extra highlight and treat too. Well located and lovely restaurants and bars nearby. A wonderful stay and hotel

Highly recommend staying here. We had a very relaxing stay for our honeymoon. Wonderful service and location! Lots of stores and cafes all around and not too far from the city centre.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Close to the center, not even 5 minutes by foot from the shopping street and just 15 minutes from the train station by tram or bus. The spa is amazing, the rooms are clean, the staff is beyond polite and friendly, and the breakfast is absolutely worth it. We truly enjoyed our stay! It was our first time, but definitely not the last! We were able to leave our bags after checking out, which allowed us to explore the city freely and pick them up later. Our phones were dying, and the staff kindly let us charge them. These little details really made our city trip easier and more enjoyable.

A little sterile but the room was comfortable and cool during record heat. The facilities are limited but the spa was fun.
