Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The only issue I experienced was with the airport taxi arrangement. I trusted the hotel to book a taxi for me, and although it was confirmed, more than 20 minutes passed and the taxi never arrived. As I was worried about missing my flight, I had to quickly find another taxi myself. My recommendation would be that if you need transportation to the airport, it may be better to go directly to the nearby train station and get a taxi from there rather than relying on the hotel’s taxi booking service. Apart from that experience, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay. The room, staff, and location all met my expectations

First it's important to understand this is not a full service hotel. That said for it's category it's definitely exceptionally good. The 24 hour receptionists helped me getting taxis and answering questions. There's coffee available in the lobby for just one euro, a self service refrigerator for water, juice and snacks. For a hotel the prices are very very fair. My room was spotless with superb air conditioning. The suprise detail were two caramels on the bed. The housekeeping staff were equally helpful. Lots of smiles are always a good signal!

The customer service was the poorest I have seen ever. There was a miscommunication/oversight between the hotel (blaming Bookings.com) and myself. The issue was eventually resolved by me leaving the hotel to go and book a way better hotel. ONE OF THEIR STAFF ON DUTY (Time stamp: Sunday 7th September 2025 between 1.30pm and 2.30pm) left her station, came after me, harassed me on the street of GironaI, whilst I was waiting for the bus to go to a different hotel. I will not name names here but the time stamp will let the organisation carry out their investigation It was a horrendous experience. I did not get to use the service I paid for. After such experience, I actually contemplated on flying back out straight away. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! I came back to file a complain, the receptionists would give me the right contact to file my complains too. The supervisor one of the would not talk to me. The reception cited, "it is a Sunday, they are not working". Why have a business? I will definitely not recommend this place to any of my fellow travellers. I feel so let down and angered by this place and how the situation was handled. I am one to promote businesses and detail my fabulous experiences whenever I am in a different country. BUT THIS ONE RIGHT HERE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I picked this hotel simply because of its location being near the train and bus station which is only 5mins walk away. The room is small but clean and comfortable for solo or couple travellers. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay here even though there were some noise coming from the rubbish truck outside at 12.30am and some noise from the corridor in the morning. There’s no fridge or kettle in the room but €1 coffee machine and hot water is available at the lobby. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The Besprice hotel is 15 minutes away from Girona airport and in a very good location in Girona. Taxi Bolt cost us 20 euros. We asked for a room facing a quieter part, without noise and that's what we got. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and especially a pillow, I must say we like it. We had a great time. The reception staff is more than friendly. Next to the reception in the hotel there is a room where you can leave your luggage for as long as you need after check out. Breakfast is in a cafeteria-bakery just 100 m away, very tasty and sufficiently rich. The price is more than excellent for the service you get. Girona train station is 6-7 minutes away from the hotel and you can walk there, pushing your suitcase without any problems. Girona is beautiful.

Everything was perfect for my 4 day long trip. I recommend booking the BESTPRICE hotel. The room is good for a couple traveling. It is near the city center and very near the train station. The breakfast is very near the cafe in a nicely designed bakery, and there are two options for breakfast to choose from.
