Great place to stay, te location is so handy. It's a two minute walk to Pacific Fair and Dracula's. Really easy drive time to all the time parks, so many great food places to choose from and so much more!!! We had a three bedroom apartment, full kitchen facilities, separate washer and dryer, which made things so many ch easier. Some nights we stayed in and cooked dinner, and some nights we ate out. Gym is small but has everything you need, has two pools, inside(just a small one) and outside which is bigger...oh and a spa in both. Parking is provided, and safe. All in all, I'd be happy to book here against n if we ever come back😁

I am always wary of reading reviews before I go to a hotel as sometimes people can be so negative. So here is a helpful review to all of you that are thinking of staying here. Yes, the rooms are older but in saying that they are super spacious and very comfortable. We were staying in room 1203 and I could not fault the room at all. Comfy beds, big balcony, well fitted out. Only thing I would say was missing was some plastic glasses, plates, bowls and Tupperware because when you are travelling with kids that is what you need (I did leave a big plastic bowl and platter there for the next guests). The staff were incredibly friendly in the front desk and nothing was too much. They left a little gift for my husband for his birthday which was lovely. Location is so super handy for busy Broadbeach. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, surf clubs, Pacific Fair and Casino. Yes it is noisy, yes it is busy and yes it is not peaceful laying around the pool, but you are in Broadbeach! One of the busiest suburbs on the Gold Coast. Pools were great and clean. We didn't use the gym but it looked well fitted out. Car park is a little tight but secure. All in all great stay in a clean, spacious hotel close to everything you need.

We had a lovely family holiday at Mantra Sierra Broadbeach. Highlights were swimming in the large indoor pool and even larger outdoor pool. This resort has beautiful views of the Gold Coast hinterland and our apartment on the top floor also had views of the ocean. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we need.

For the purposes of location to shopping, transport, and restaurants the Mantra Sierra was located conveniently. |From the perspective of value for money, very poor. No daily service, charges for extra towels, wash your own, retrieve toilet paper from reception due to no regular bed making and other housekeeping duties that someone expects at $4300 for accommodation. |The apartment itself was tidy and clean but required updating with fresh paint and decor, plus the ensuite needed a full make over. |The only real other positive was the fact our accommodation was 25 floors up. Lovely views day and night from the balcony. |Would I recommend this place. Not at the price I paid.

Location was great. Very spacious. Value for money. 2 bathrooms was a great upgrade from what i originally booked. The bath was a nice inclusion as well.

Four night family stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. Spacious living area and good space in the bedroom. Full equiped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer. Downfalls are the street traffic noise in the wee small hours. We were on the 15th floor. Outdoor pool doesn’t get the sun on it for long during the day. Unless you book with the hotel, getting parking space is very unlikely. Free parking space on the road is pot luck.

Great location and nice rooms - I had a two bedroom apartment which were spacious and had great views of the ocean. The apartment was filthy and I ended up vacuuming and cleaning the dishes myself. I asked reception if someone could clean one of the bathrooms as there was dirt and mould in the shower. I had to follow up as no one came to clean the room initially. The television does not connect to hotel WIFI so you will need to hotspot from your phone and cast, not ideal when using roaming. Pool and gym are great.

Location was good wasnt bad for parking hard to navigate first look. Over charged essentially took robley helpers 3 weeks of chasing to get our money back as we were over charger $300. The room was ok reasonably comfortable bed, hsd to get an apartment as we had 2 month old along with 8 and 10 year olds, we were advised on booking if we wanted a room would need 2 rooms as 8 year olds are classed as adults with hotels sorry but worried about safety. Pool first night was good for my husband and 2 littles. But second night with 8 year old we had ice balls thrown at us we believe from balcony's for outside pool so went to indoor pool which I found bit to hot temperature. Reception was good, but it was thr service from call centre that made us toss up if we will continue with ALL group or not in future very hesitant after this issue with $300 over charge due to being advised staff hadnt been trained and 5 days would have money back took approx 3 weeks to get the money back after several calls, emails and asking for receipt to pass onto bank to dispute it as we had no written correspondence regarding our money back. Overall couldnt give it a 5 star as we didnt have a 5 star review after staying in canberra ALL group and having an amazong experience on several occasions this was a little disappointing. Also the apartments were quite noisy even 8 stories up. In saying that we are a semi rural family so big city is different for us.
