Loved our stay here, the staff are so friendly, the rooms are large and the beds are so comfy, buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. The convenience of the club next door was great and the food was delicious. It was raining so couldn't use the pool but will definitely be back for a swim soon....thank you the only thing I could think of that was missing was maybe a vending machine with treats and drinks for those late night cravings.

Room was lovely. Beds are super comfy. We ate the included breakfast buffet every morning and loved it every time- didn't get bored of it at all. The pub food is great quality too and we ate downstairs every night as well. Nothing to complain about, lovely experience. Constance helped us out with our bags and was so lovely and helpful

Recently travelled to QLD for business and booked it due to the location and cheapest price compared to others. Had expected it to be relatively budget and no frills, however upon arrival was very pleasantly surprised. The venue was modern, clean and the next door restaurant was great, particularly the menu. The room was spacious and I had the most comfortable bed and pillow - overall the experience was amazing - the service, room, complimentary drink of arrival, buffet breakfast the next day. The value was exceptional!

How refreshing to be checked both in and out in such a friendly manner, thank you Laura, you are an asset to this hotel chain. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, the food was delicious. A few children ran riot round and round the tables but I guess it's nice for the parents to have a meal alone and chill out with a wine. Thank you for the beers and complimentary waters, both very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The buffet breakfast was loveyl and Rosie didn't stop the whole time we were there, such a busy bubbly lady, Again this hotel has another great employee in another section of the hotel. Seems you pick your team well. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you

Clean, spacious room and quiet nights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and attentive staff. If you have a car it's a good place to stay as compared to busier areas like surfers Paradise, closer to more private beaches like Currumbin Beach. We also dined in the pub that is in the shared premise, the food are delicious. Reasonable price, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet served at this place, nice coffee and hot food. Would stay here again no doubt.

We booked Mermaid Waters as a convenient place to sleep over after a night out with local friends. For the $163 I paid for 1 night, I expected motel style accommodation and would have been happy with a clean, comfortable enough room, but this surpassed our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided vouchers for free drinks at the bar which we enjoyed ( the bar seemed fine, a traditional family/sports bar mix. The hot chips are strongly recommended!). A secure parking area was available at no extra cost, there was a coffee pod machine in the room with pods and milk, and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. The room was larger than usual with a king sized bed. The bathroom, whilst it had old styling looked as though it had undergone a mini refurb and was very clean. Breakfast was also included in the price which we hadn’t expected, and although it was quite basic, was more than adequate for our needs. If I was looking for a simple stay over on the Gold Coast, this would be first choice. If I wanted to have a GC holiday with easy access to the beach, maybe I’d stick to my normal choices around Broadbeach

3.5 stars. Fairly solid accommodation pretty tired in areas and grubby in parts. The breakfast buffet is average with limited selection, soggy bacon and the identical spread each day. The atmosphere was cheerful though and staff friendly. I think also my review is slanted negative as we had to pay premium price for 2 popele given it was school holidays. Had the prices been non holiday I think I would have been a lot happier but it is what it is..

Great place to stay. Loved the room - comfy bed, good water pressure in shower, tv easy to operate. I love the pool, the speedy room service and the breakfast is perhaps my favourite part. So many choices of what to eat - the mushrooms and scrambled eggs are deliecious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's the fourth time I've stayed. Nightelier Mermaid Beach is my go to for when I travel to Brisbane - I hate the city traffic so I park at nearby Robina Station and catch the train to Brisbane.
