This is our second stay at Signature Waterfront Apartments. The location is ideal, away from the busy Gold Coast strip. Yet close enough to the beach when required. Being self contained the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc, and the laundry contained a washer and dryer. The views over the golf course are great and the deck is ideal for having a meal on at the provided outdoor furniture. Checkin was quick and efficient. All dealings with Courtney by email prior to our arrival were responded to quickly. The beds are comfortable and the parking is in a secure garage under the building. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit.

We made a last minute booking again and didn’t expect much. So we were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful apartment on the 7th floor. Amazing view of the Golf Course from our tower 2 (the view from tower 1 with Surfers Paradise sky line must be outstanding!). We had a big-sized 2 bedroom apartment, modern, comfortable and so quiet! Excellent service with friendly and very professional staff. Just a short drive from Robina town centre and Broadbeach, where we could dine at a couple of lovely restaurants while enjoying a quiet and relaxing setting away from Surfers buzz. Will definitely go back again next time we’re down the Coast.

Damn... gonna have to change all my other reviews now... This is a Very nice place to stay. Very large apartment with very comfortable furnishings, bed is so comfy. Very clean, quiet, brilliant views, and even if golf is not your thing, its just a beautiful place to be

From the moment I contacted Courtney at Waterfront Apartments regarding a large school group booking she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Courtney was prompt in replying to emails and was very flexible with my requests. The team arrived to find a lovely letter on display in the elevator welcoming us and wishing us luck for our competition. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, clean, 2 bedroom apartment that is very secure. You need a tag to get in the gates after hours and then into the underground carpark. They are about 10 minutes out of Surfers and easy to get to, so if you want quiet, then these are it. Well furnished and large balcony over looking the golf course. Had some repairs to the roller gates in progress, but did not cause any disruption. Overall, excellent accommodation and location, thoroughly enjoyable.

Enjoyed 4 nights in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor overlooking the Lakeland’s golf club with stunning views of the Gold Coast, both beachside and hinterland. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and found the unit to be lovely. Only criticism would be kitchen is a little lacking in necessities for cooking if you’re staying for more than a few nights. The complex is so central to everything you need but away from the hustle of main roads so the usual traffic noise that comes with staying at the Gold Coast is non-existent. We look forward to visiting again next time we are down this way.

Had a two night stay here for a wedding and it was a fantastic. The apartment was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Brian was tremendous and looked after us during our stay even telling us good places to eat. plenty of shops close by, we will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Recently spent 4 night in a two bedroom unit overlooking the golf course. The views of the Broadbeach and the golf course was great. Just grab a drink and sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The location of these apartments are approximately 10 mins drive to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach. Not really any shops within walking distance (unless you are keen to walk 20-25mins) to the nearest Aldi. The Carrara markets are just 5 mins drive away. The apartment itself was large and modern, plenty of room for a family of four. It was showing signs of wear and tear, with scuff marks on walls and carpets. The apartment we stayed at had limited kitchen utensils...ie 3 forks 3 spoons etc...and old looking. Probably time to replace and replenish them. The pool area was nice and the kids spent plenty of time in there. The gym is small and only had a handful of equipment. The wifi didn't work for us, but that wasn't an big deal as it was only 150mb free per day. Overall a pleasant stay.
