Been there for 3 nights. Everything worked perfectly. The place is located near (walking distance) the train station and 15’ from the airport. Personnel was helpful all the time with suggestions about what to do in Helsinki. The breakfast is super ! It cost 20E and has everything super fresh. Will return here next time in Helsinki

I stayed in an Executive Business Class Room with a private sauna at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki. The location is excellent — right next to the central station and within easy walking distance of many sights, shops and public transport. The room was spacious and the in-room sauna was a great feature. However, the overall cleanliness was only average. There were a few visible areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, which took away slightly from the premium feel of the room. The bed was comfortable and the soundproofing ensured a quiet night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold options. It can get quite busy during peak times, but staff kept everything well stocked and organised. Parking is available, but it is on the expensive side, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you are arriving by car. Service was friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and staff were helpful with any questions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with some nice premium touches — though there is room for improvement in housekeeping and parking costs are relatively high.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the centre of Helsinki - it is within walking distance from many interesting locations and also surrounded by good restaurants. Despite being in a central hub, rooms are extremely quiet. Breakfast is very good and more than ample.

I had been here for 4 nights. The location is perfect ( walking distance from the train station and 15’ away from the airport ). It’s also 10’ walking to the design district. Employees at the reception were helpful and gave some ideas about what to do. The breakfast… it’s amazing!! Worth every Euro.

The breakfast is great, there are lots of choices. People who like fish, there’s salmon.Sauna is included in price as well.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s very central and close to a tram stop. Unfortunately, the room was dark and felt quite outdated, with noticeable wear and tear on the furniture. The sofa was covered in hair, and the bedsheets didn’t feel particularly fresh. The most inconvenient part was the lack of power outlets near the minibar area and in the bathroom, so I had to move the kettle and hairdryer to use them. The hotel also seemed constantly busy, with guests waiting around in the lobby most of the time. It didn’t feel particularly relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and well prepared. I particularly enjoyed the marinated herring.

The hotel was decent, but in need of a renovation. We first stayed for three nights. Our room was clean, but the purple foam wall behind our bed had black specks all over it. The hallways were dingy and dark. The bathroom was clean. We came back later in the week and requested a different room type and had a room with a wooden panel behind our bed which was better. The hotel is part of a historical building which is where the restaurant is located but the actual lobby and rooms are in an attached building. There were two of us in our party and we were charged an additional 30.00EUR for the 2nd person. I realize this may have been partly my fault for putting only one name on the reservation but an additional 30.00EUR is substantial. When we stayed at other hotels on our trip, it was only an additional 10.00EUR for a 2nd person. We asked for water and were charged 10.00EUR per bottle. First-there should have been complimentary water in the room and second-10.00EUR per bottle is outrageous. The hotel is near the train station, but far from restaurants and shops. I was hoping for better are Radissons are very popular in Scandinavia and Finland.

The location is excellent, directly across the square from the main train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The female staff came across as rather arrogant and slightly rude in their manner. Perhaps this is simply a cultural thing, however the interaction could have been more welcoming.|The room itself is quite run-down and in need of refurbishment. The mattress topper was old and badly stained and did not have any protection against the brown/yellowing appearance and the top sheet. The cheap faux-leather bedhead was peeling in several places and would drop bits onto my pillow. The doona also had a noticeable brown/reddish stain, which was not particularly pleasant and appeared not to have been washed adequately for a long time.|The bathroom was another issue. The shower screen is inadequate, resulting in water spreading across the bathroom floor and onto the sink, toilet and toilet paper. We had to request extra towels simply to mop up the excess water. The temperature control system was also not functioning properly. It was difficult to adjust both the room temperature and the fan speed.|On the positive side, breakfast was adequate, and I was pleasantly surprised by the egg station in addition to the usual scrambled eggs offered at many hotels. The coffee was also good. Overall, the location is excellent and the breakfast has some nice touches, but the condition of the room and bathroom, along with the service, need significant improvement. I would recommend staying elsewhere until this hotel tidies up its room and appearance.
