(Translated by Google) This auberge sits along the Ako Misaki Coast Promenade. Its two spacious guest rooms, located on the second floor of the Italian restaurant SAKURAGUMI, can accommodate up to two groups. With large windows facing the ocean, carefully selected furnishings, beautiful tiles imported from Italy, a record player, and more, everything exudes an exotic atmosphere, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere, reminiscent of a villa in Amalfi or Naples. Dinner was served at the restaurant on the first floor. While the bathroom in our room was lovely, we also received a ticket for the large public bath at Ginpaso, located just a short walk down the promenade. Before dinner, we took a stroll to Ginpaso and enjoyed the spectacular open-air bath overlooking the ocean. I'd heard that dinner would be too much to eat, so I skipped breakfast and lunch. However, the portions were far larger than expected, and I ended up taking half the pizza home with me. The course meal, featuring exquisite seafood like Ako oysters, octopus, and soft roe, along with Italian vegetables like tartare, was incredibly delicious and paired perfectly with the recommended white wine. The chef personally delivered breakfast to our room, which was also huge, colorful and packed with vegetables. The specially selected Awa Bancha tea, homemade juice, and seasonal potage were also delicious. A lunch box was included so we could take home any leftovers. We were already stuffed with soup, rice balls, and salad, and we took home a huge cornetto (?) with custard cream, a panino (?) with ham and cheese, and some fruit. We were all very grateful to the friendly, cheerful, and fun-to-talk chef, the young restaurant staff, and the sophisticated female staff at the front desk. It was a wonderful hotel that we didn't want to leave. (Translated by Google) We had dinner at SAKURAGUMI and breakfast in our room. Both were truly delicious. The pizza, in particular, was wonderfully chewy, and the cheese was fantastic. The various dishes used fresh ingredients from Akaho, showcasing the local produce and enhancing the depth of flavor. Breakfast was also beautifully presented on stylish plates, like something you'd find in a hotel abroad. The juice and soup were delicious too. The hotel's interior was stylish and charming, with Instagram-worthy designs everywhere you looked. I took tons of pictures! The atmosphere felt like we were in Italy, and I was able to relax. It was such a wonderful time that it made me want to visit Capri Island next time! (Translated by Google) It's amazing! ✨ Just looking at the view from the room window is amazing, but the rooms are also very tasteful. Dinner at Ristorante Sakuragumi downstairs was also fantastic! ✨ Going to the rooftop in the middle of the night to see the moonlight path forming in the sea is a wonderful memory.

The interior is very relaxing, with antique furniture, custom-made furniture by contemporary craftsmen, modern appliances, and the texture of plaster walls. The view and sound of the calm waves of the inland sea The books on interior design and art The classical audio system dedicated to records I loved it all. Dinner and breakfast were Neapolitan style, with fresh ingredients, simple seasoning, and generous portions. Probably more than you could eat. Fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruit from Akaho... everything had a rich flavor. The sautéed sea bream was superb! Given the season, the bean sauce had a wonderful balance of aroma and sweetness. There were many wine brands available, but the country-style "white or red by the glass" was perfectly satisfying. The welcome drink, complimentary bottle of water, and complimentary espresso and cafe latte were also a nice touch. (Translated by Google) Absolutely perfect! 💯 I traveled from Kyoto, but it felt like a real trip, and I found Naples right here in Akaho! 😆✨ The food was, of course, amazing, as it's a restaurant run by a master of Italian cuisine! ‼️ The hotel was also Italian in every detail. 🇮🇹 The breakfast was incredibly gorgeous, featuring plenty of Akaho ingredients! It was a truly impressive experience from the very start of the day. And then, following the chef's recommendation, I took a chartered boat from the fishing port near the hotel, arriving at Oga Island in about 20 minutes. The beach there was breathtaking! 🎵 Thank you to all the hotel and restaurant staff, the locals, and the super chef! Thank you for the wonderful experience! 💫✨ I want to go back! (Many times, haha!) Akaho 🇮🇹 was a place that made me feel that way.

(Translated by Google) It was the best trip ever!! I heard that Sakuragumi, my favorite and most respected pizzeria, was opening a hotel, so I immediately made a reservation. I've visited several times, but I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream came true in the best way possible. The room was very spacious, and although I'm frustrated that I can't take good photos, the attention to detail was amazing. It felt just like being on the beach in Naples, and I relaxed while listening to the sound of the waves and listening to old records. I also used the hot spring ticket I received to enjoy a nearby infinity pool, but even better was taking a bath in my room the next morning while gazing at the sea!! On the first day, after a delicious dinner, I relaxed on the rooftop terrace and then immediately fell asleep. The next morning, we took a stroll along the beach and enjoyed an absolutely amazing breakfast 🥰 We were treated to incredibly delicious yogurt and juice, and even received takeaway packs 🥡 – truly exceptional service 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ On the second day, we took a boat to Oga Island 🏝️ in the Ieshima Islands, recommended by the master. It was exactly like enjoying Naples!! At the beach house (Nakamura-so) on the island, which was reserved for us, we enjoyed incredibly fresh sashimi after swimming, and the beer 🍺 flowed freely again 😆 (The sea felt like a private beach 🏖️, far more comfortable than the crowded Amalfi Coast!!) For the return trip, we took a regular ferry from the pier → taxi to Himeji We were able to return to Kyoto in one go, and thoroughly enjoyed a truly fulfilling summer trip!! Now, I'm going to enjoy the breakfast I brought back and reflect on two full days of incredibly fulfilling travel 🙃😊 (Original)

(Translated by Google) I stayed here for the first time on a friend's recommendation. I've been to Sakuragumi several times before, and the food is always delicious. The hotel rooms have a calm, Neapolitan atmosphere and are very comfortable. There's no TV, but there are records. While there's a bath in the room, you can also use the open-air bath at the nearby Ginpaso. It's a wonderful bath with the sea right in front of you. Breakfast is delivered to your room. It's a Neapolitan-style breakfast with lots of colorful seasonal vegetables. They even provided a container for taking leftovers because I couldn't finish it all. The price is a little high, but it's a hotel that's well worth it! The chef is incredibly kind and wonderful! I'll definitely come again! (Translated by Google) This is a resort! Like something out of a movie, a private hotel perhaps? Or rather, it's a place that will leave you completely satisfied. Soaking in a Japanese-style hot spring and eating sashimi is nice, but this place, where you can really relax and spend a lot of time, is the real deal. You can also use the nearby hot springs, and enjoy the Japanese-style atmosphere as well. Furthermore, having a room directly connected to Sakuragumi is perfect. Yes! Being an "auberge" is great for people who drink a lot, and even after eating your fill, you can go straight to bed and be comfortable. The fact that there's no TV or clock in the room was also a good thing, I think?
