Google· a month agoResort is in a great location with excellent facilities.The only downside of our trip was the pick up from airport. We waited at contact point and so many people tried to give us a lift whilst waiting for a long period. Contact was made with Head Office and situation rectified. Lina at the Beach Resort has provided us with outstanding service and was very understanding on our pickup issue. Lina is a fantastic staff member and you should be commended - so helpful and professional. Our trip has been excellent and we will be back - fully recommend resort.

Tripadvisor· a month agoWe had an excellent stay at New World Hoiana Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond and were so thoughtful and helpful. They arranged anything we asked them for, even private trips to attractions. The facilities at the resort were top rate and the complimentary activities available were great. Even with a full week, we didn't get to them all. There are multiple pools, bars and restaurants to choose from, they were all fabulous. The gardens were stunning, well kept make the resort feel very "tropical holiday". The spas were excellent and the treatments were expertly provided. The wait staff were the absolute best part. They were all so friendly, helpful, kind and attentive. There were so many stand outs, so we thank them all equally for their assistance. We also saw a huge team building day that was put on by the owners. The staff looked to be having a great time! It's so good to see an employer investing in their team. We would recommend New World Hoiana to anyone. Such a beautiful place to stay.

Trip.com· 4 months agoI stayed at the New World Beach Resort with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel room was beautiful and clean, and the hospitality from the staff was outstanding. There are plenty of great restaurant options to choose from, and the breakfast was really nice. The location is excellent—close to Hoi An Ancient Town, with a convenient free shuttle provided by the hotel. There are also lots of great entertainment facilities on-site. The concierge team was incredibly responsive to our requests via WhatsApp. Overall, the service from the front desk staff (especially Jolie), the concierge, the restaurant team, and everyone else was excellent and friendly!

Google· Edited 6 months agoI am deeply disappointed with Hoiana Resort & Golf. As a returning guest, this experience was truly upsetting. Being left on the side of the road under the harsh sun with my baby was not only unacceptable — it felt careless and far below what I would ever expect from a 5-star resort. Although the shuttle eventually came back to pick us up about 20 minutes later, the damage had already been done. Some experiences simply cannot be undone — the trust is broken, and the entire stay has already been overshadowed. * Updated! After check-in, the staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, and always checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable. They even kindly offered transfer services back to Da Nang city and late check-out , giving us more time to rest and allowing my son to fully enjoy the resort’s activities and make the most of our stay. Aside from the unpleasant experience with the transfer, the resort itself was truly relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, the room was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. Most importantly, my son had a wonderful and memorable holiday. The food at the resort’s restaurants was also outstanding — delicious and varied. We had a truly lovely stay. Thank you to the entire resort team for your warm hospitality and thoughtful service!

Tripadvisor· a month agoAn absolute 5-star resort experience from start to finish! Service across the property is exceptional. Kate at the front desk was so warm, attentive, and accommodating during check-in and check-out. As for the amenities, everything was immaculate. We played a round at the resort’s golf course, and it was in absolute peak condition. Pristine fairways, beautiful greens, and our caddies were so sweet, encouraging, and knowledgeable about course management and reading the lines. We will definitely be coming back!

Google· 7 months agoI had an incredible 2-night stay at this resort. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool and the Spa. The pool offers stunning views and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation, while the Spa provided one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. The service was top-notch—staff were very nice and helpful, most of them are fluent in English so there were no problem in communication. My room was spacious, modern, and featured a breathtaking sea view. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxury getaway in Vietnam!

Google· 4 months ago$4billion reasons to love this stunning, near new, hotel. We had 3 x grand deluxe sea view rooms, they are huge! And beautiful. Loved the electric curtain and block out blinds. There are some downsides: travelling with kids 3+5. Kids club you have to stay with them unless they are 7+. No wonder it was empty & we didn’t go back. What a waste. Meals included don’t cover the kids, quite odd and only restaurant with a kids meal was Charred which we visited multiple times, the burgers were fantastic! Beautiful pools but a bit too hot in June, outside temps mid 40’s, but still managed to spend many hours there. Free cocktail each day was at another complex pool? Odd. Not worth the trip. They have 4 x ATVs, but only one working and only a short trip of beach to travel on. $11 grab ride to UNESCO Hoian old town. An absolute must do at sunset but we couldn’t find the hotel bus to get back. 2000 staff at this hotel for 1000+rooms spread over multiple hotels/sites but it mostly feels deserted at their peak time. Aussies would be packing the bars but they are not big drinkers here. The Hub was loved by everyone for some pool, bowling, kids play area. Absolutely no issue recommending this gorgeous 5 star resort. 6 nights, part of a 34 day Vietnam trip, was not enough.
