Amazing experience here in Hoiana. Overall, the trip was amazing. Big shoutout to the hotline customer care for enable us to book an extra room last minute, and concierge/receptionist (Angel) for giving us great care on our check in date. Amazing experience at the Sport Hub, great manager and great Foh team, especially the amazing coconut coffee that they made! The Osteria was great, good vibe and catered to my Grandma’s special diet. However we had one bad experience with a foreign guest who was racist and intoxicated, and I was a bit disappointed with how we are not being protected by some staff at the scene as a domestic Vietnamese guest, especially since I’m traveling with my family with child and elderly people. Hopefully the process can be reviewed on how to handle such occasion. Will return here for many more time!

Hotel is beautiful. Hotel staff was great. Casino is ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE!!! Impossible to win. Seems pretty rigged against anyone that is not a local. They make you sign up for a card before you can even enter the casino using your passport. They make you play with your card in the machine. If you play without it, they harass you to put it back in. Pretty sure that's because they can keep tabs on you and probably have it setup so you don't win. When I played without my card I did hit a couple bonuses. When they made me put my card in I never hit anything. If they walked away I'd take my card out and win, they'd catch me, tell me I had to play with it in and then I'd lose. Definitely a scam. Beware!

Do not stay here, they try to fleece you for every penny they can. This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever left, I tend to avoid leaving reviews unless they’re positive. There was a miscommunication between staff about my room being extended for a night. The issue was eventually resolved but their offers to fix the situation were simply them trying to make more money out of me (free room upgrade if I come back or access to VIP lounges with higher betting minimums). Never been made to feel like this before, they have no respect for their guests. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

We had an amazing two-day stay here, but it was honestly way too short—there's so much to enjoy that you really need longer than a couple of days!|A huge thank you to Angel, who made our check-in seamless and took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The entire team's service was super attentive. The facilities are spotless and top-notch, our room was so comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with tons of great choices.|Two days wasn't nearly enough. We'll definitely stay longer next time!

Set within a large private complex, the property offers a calm, well-maintained beach and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Even standard rooms are impressively spacious, with a generous bathroom featuring strong rain-shower pressure and excellent wet/dry separation—something I particularly appreciated. The balcony is also larger than expected for this category.Facilities are solid, with a sizeable pool, a well-run poolside bar, and a separate area for children. There are multiple restaurants within the complex, making it easy to dine without leaving the property. A regular buggy service connects the grounds, though most areas are still within comfortable walking distance.Complimentary shuttles to Da Nang Airport, Da Nang City, and Hoi An add convenience. While the hotel is located outside Hoi An, it remains easily accessible by shuttle or Grab, striking a good balance between seclusion and connectivity.

Amazing Hotel with modern room and full facilities provide for us to experience whole day. We love pool and Công Coffee shop. The staff very helpful and always giving you the warm wellcome and support, specially front office team is amazing. I forgot the name of checkin lady. She very details and helpful. Thank you

We have a great time with Family and Friends at New World Hoiana Hotel. From the moments we arrived Hotel, the bellman & Front office team given us a warm wellcome and support for quick and early check in. Room are well maintenance with full facilities. There are many Facilities, activities to enjoy at Hoiana that will keep you busy whole day, many restaurant for your selection. Thank Hoiana team and specially front office team. Will be back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at New World Hoiana Hotel for a 4D3N golf trip and it was truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The resort environment is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The beach is clean with soft sand and nice ocean views — perfect for morning walks and recovery after long golf rounds. The resort also offers many recreational activities including water sports, beach games, cycling, swimming pools, electric rides, and family-friendly activities. One of the highlights was definitely the buffet breakfast. The variety was very good with both local Vietnamese and international selections. Every morning before golf, there were plenty of choices to fuel up properly for 18 holes. Enjoyed the fresh eggs with baked beans and wholemeal bread, Vietnamese noodle soup/pho station, fresh fruits like watermelon and pineapple, yogurt, cereal, pastries, croissants, juices, coffee, and even local flavors such as durian yogurt. The breakfast setup was balanced between healthy options and indulgent choices, suitable for golfers needing energy for the day. Rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful throughout the stay. The swimming pool and beach area created a very premium resort atmosphere while still feeling calm and relaxing. For golfers, the location is excellent and convenient for golf trips around Hoiana and Da Nang area. After a tiring round under the Vietnam heat, coming back to the resort really helps recharge and recover. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a golf getaway, family vacation, or relaxing beach resort experience in Vietnam. Great combination of golf, food, beach, and hospitality. ⛳🏖️🇻🇳
