I had an incredible stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West! Our room had a stunning, panoramic harbour view that made sunrise and sunset truly special. The location is super convenient and it is great hotel near MTR, making traveling around Hong Kong completely hassle-free. The amenities here are top-class: the hotel swimming pool is clean and perfect for relaxing, and you definitely shouldn't miss the dining options! We had a delightful meal at their chinese restaurant, and grabbed some delicious treats from their famous Nina Patisserie cake shop. Everything from service to convenience was 10/10. Will definitely return!!!!

This hotel is super conveniently located right inside a mall. I have upgrade my room with harbor view. it's very beautifully and relax. The room size is ample, and basic amenities are comprehensive. Getting around is easy, and the metro station is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The room was quite spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. I'd definitely consider staying here again next week.

The hotel management is truly the worst I have ever encountered. It is significantly worse than most similar-tier hotels I have stayed at in mainland China. Just one photo says it all. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 PM, this was the massive line waiting for the elevators. Several tour groups had arrived at the same time, all trying to get up to their rooms. Although there are five elevators, management failed to reserve even one for individual guests who had already checked in. Instead, individual customers were left to argue with the crowd of group travelers just to get upstairs. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Hong Kong. We are a family of four traveling with a lot of luggage. Upon arrival, the staff did not offer to help us after we got out of the car. In fact, we couldn’t even tell if the two men standing in front of the hotel were actually employees. We had to ask around just to figure out how to get assistance with our bags. Furthermore, the room itself was not well-maintained. That being said, I want to give full credit to the young staff member who ultimately helped deliver our luggage to our room. He was incredibly polite, handled our bags with care, and eagerly answered all of our questions. Just stay out of this hotel. Especially if you have family. There are better choices in similar price range.

Due to a flight disruption with Cathay Pacific, the airline was good enough to provide me with a room in this hotel. The is well located with plenty to offer within walking distance. The views from the room were spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the room properly outfitted. I also had the opportunity to have both breakfast and dinner in their buffet restaurant. The selection was excellent and the food very flavorful. The buffet even included beer and supposedly wine, but I couldn’t find it.

We had such a lovely stay here as a family, and it honestly felt like the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. I stayed with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The property itself is very nice and beautifully maintained, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It really gives you that full family holiday feeling, where everyone can enjoy the stay in their own way. The location is perfect as well, which made everything so convenient for us. It was easy to get around, and having such a well-connected place made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was definitely the buffet breakfast. There was a good variety of food, and I was happy to see decent vegetarian options too, which made breakfast more enjoyable and stress-free for our family. Our room was another big plus. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely spa-like quality that made it feel extra relaxing after a long day out. Overall, it was a wonderful family stay, and we would happily come back again.

Stayed for 4 nights but changed room for 3 times. The maintenance and cleanliness do need to buck up. I have stayed here for 3 times over since the opening, each time i visited the place only get more poorly maintained. There are older hotels out there but they remained clean and well maintained. The location is really good with tsuen wan west mtr below and multiple malls at the vicinity but i really hope the management can look into the housekeeping and maintenance. Lastly, kudos to the concierge team. The concierge team really carry the whole team, with their prompt and good service.

We had a wonderful stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the rooms were extremely clean, modern, bright, and surprisingly spacious. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a Premium Harbour View room, which was absolutely incredible — the view alone made the stay feel extra special. After a long-distance flight, we arrived early, and the early check-in was no problem at all, which we really appreciated. The location was also very convenient for us, perfectly situated halfway between the airport and the city centre. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, and everything was well presented. On top of that, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.
