Excellent boutique style hotel. We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Our room had a small but very useful kitchenette and seating area which was great for breakfasts. Roof terrace and hotel garden are lovely additions and there a few other shared spaces such as lounges dotted around the hotel. Great location - not far from the train station and just a short walk to the main part of town. Only negative is the glass bathroom door (didn’t face into the room at least) but it doesn’t offer any acoustic separation!

My boyfriend and I came to Innsbruck from the US as a homebase for a 4 day trek in the Karwendel mountains. We stayed here the night before the trek, and then again upon returning. It is only a 10 minute walk from the main train station, and easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants. All the staff provided excellent service from the beginning. We reached out with questions before booking our stay, and they responded very quickly. We were able to store our excess luggage here while we were on our trek. I greatly enjoyed the architecture and artistry of all the common spaces and rooms. The rooms were comfortable and we slept well both nights. We only learned very basic German before our trip, but fortunately the reception desk staff all spoke English and were very accommodating. If we are ever in Innsbruck again, we would stay here again.

Beautiful modern and stylish hotel. The room was a bit small but because it was designed in a very clever way, that didn’t matter. You will find really everything you need in the room (including a welcome drink)

Genuinely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Great service, fantastic room, and excellent communal facilities like the rooftop area and the garden. Didn't have the breakfast but the selection looked great too. Hope to be back!

This boutique hotel is unlike any other I have stayed in. Our junior suite was quite large and creatively appointed. The hotel staff was excellent, delivering our bags to the room while we were out, providing umbrellas when it rained and visiting our room to explain how to work the AC and window blinds. This property is on a quiet street but is an easy walk from train and everywhere we wanted to go in Innsbruck. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor space, but it quite charming. Prosecco and peach tea in lobby was also a fun touch. Our stay was overall delightful and the price/value proposition was very reasonable.

There are different rooms available. We choose a basic room which was quite small. The use of space though is inspired and the room did not feel cramped. Not that there's any reason to spend much time there. They have a lovely patio, a beautiful garden, a games room and a nice restaurant/ bar. They also have a honesty bar leading out to the patio, where you can grab a drink or snack and write your purchase on a sheet of paper, to be added to your bill. On arrival we were warmly greeted and offered a glass of ice tea or prosecco. All the staff were lovely, kind and helpful. A particular shout out for Danny, who made us a hot tea when we arrived from the cold outside after dinner. We also had a nice chat over a g 'n' t prior to dinner. As we say in Australia, you're a legend Danny! Breakfast was divine. Local produce is used where possible and the yoghurt is made in house. As an added bonus, if you stay 2 nights or more, you get a visitor card to access free public transport.

5* all round! Fantastic central location, super comfortable, quiet room, interesting decor and top service (this should have been mentioned first) - we were hosted by Danny (even met his lovely mom Silvie). Thank you so much, we’d love to return!
