During my stay(short unfortunately)I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first moment, the place felt modern, well-kept, and welcoming. Positive aspects: The apartment was spotlessly clean and well organized, giving an immediate sense of comfort and quality. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist and make the stay pleasant. Very central location, perfect for exploring Innsbruck on foot. The family room I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and had an extremely comfortable bed — I truly slept wonderfully. Beautiful view and a peaceful area, ideal for rest and relaxation. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including dishes, fridge, stove, and kettle — everything was in perfect condition and very clean. I also appreciated the availability of bicycles and the modern, automated setup of the accommodation. In summary, it was a perfect stay in every sense. Everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely come back. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing was numerous stairs (steps) to keep an eye on. From the top of my head I can name one at the front desk, second before the room and another one in the room. Everything else was good. A bit pricey.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The room came with a small kitchen with utensils and an electric hob, rain shower and amazing view of the mountains. My partner and I had the best stay here. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very informative. They were more than happy to make time to speak to us to suggest things to do. Great location - it is in a very quiet part of the town and only 10 minutes by walk into the main centre. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we had plans every morning but it looked great! There is a nice sitting area in reception with leaflets of Innsbruck and even a chess board.|10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Nice little hotel which is just a short bus ride away from the main town area. If you stay two nights or more, you can a free guest pass from the hotel which covers all local transport. Hotel is nice, cosy and clean. Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a farm nearby with cows and there is a vending machine to dispense milk. Bring your own bottle and coins. Highly recommend!

The front staff, Kona, he was super friendly and knowledgeable! The room was just perfect for us, unfortunately we only spent one night there. We would’ve loved to stay longer, but our travel plans must continue to other cities. The room had all the amenities you could ask for! Comp coffee and tea. Beautiful view with open optional windows and shades. The extra pillows and warm blankets assure you will warm and comfy at night with the window open. The view, as in my pics, was stunning! Thank you Pradl Elf for a great evening.

Fabulous stay with our family at Pradl-Elf. Not listed on their site but they also have a sauna and a gym; it was perfect. Very good location close enough to downtown but in a more residential area so it was very quiet. We stayed in one of the loft rooms and it was perfect. The staff are also very nice and accommodating, would recommend to everyone to stay here.
