We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to Italy, and it worked out really well. It's within walking distance of Innsbruck's city centre. Opposite the hotel is a large, lively public park (at least when we stayed there in August), which makes for a pleasant stroll on the way into town. It's also great for kids, as there are several playgrounds. We had two double rooms connected by an interior door, which was very convenient. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, modern, and well kept, and the boxspring bed was wonderfully comfortable. The extensive breakfast was also a nice start to our morning of departure. All in all, a real recommendation!

Nice hotel with a family run atmosphere (in a good way!). Big comfortable and quiet rooms (especially the combined 4 bed family room!), nice breakfast. If traveling by train, the location is a bit off the very centre, but still just a short walk or two tram stops away.

beautiful location, right by the tram which takes you to many places like restaurants and shopping and even to Untersberg. Amazing buffet breakfast! Gluten free and lactose free options. Room cleanliness was excellent. Did you know they have a Michelin Star restaurant? It was a delicious dinner.

The location was great, and we were given a free welcome card (we had a 2-night stay) that allowed us to ride the public transport for free. The staff at the reception gave us a warm welcome and great explanation (with a map) on what to do within the city!

We stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been happier with our hotel choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We loved the location opposite a park too. Worth being aware that it is a bit of a walk to the old town but it suited us nicely to be a bit tucked away. Would happily stay again.

Booked the Family Room for 2 nights for 530 EUR for 4 pax. There were 2 separate rooms connected by a front door, each with its own toilet and double bed. The phone was not working and the soap dispenser for one of the room was not working (or we dont know how to use it) which was midly annoying. This was made up by the very friendly staff and the hotel breakfast. Location was also very good, the tram stop was right outisde the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay at the hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel was clean, quiet and felt safe. The bed was comfortable but the room was quite small -- particularly the bathroom -- and lacked some basic amenities like a tea kettle, coffee maker or refrigerator. We did not eat at the restaurant on site but it looked pleasant. The hotel is a bit out of the way which makes it quiet especially at night. The park across the street is nice and the hotel is about a 7 to 10 minute walk from a large Spar supermarket. The center of the old town is about a 20 minute walk away. The daytime staff both days we were pleasant and helpful. However the night clerk when we arrived was a bit grumpy on the phone and a bit off his game in person.

Our family had a delightful time at the hotel, where we stayed in the family room (two adjoining rooms.) The hotel was full of charm, the front desk staff were personable and ever-helpful (I really leaned into them with questions, and they cheerfully went above and beyond when answering them), the food was excellent and the wait staff charming, and the trams to old town and the main train station were just around the corner -- and easy and fun to take. The hotel provided tram tickets, which made transport even easier. The hotel is located on a pretty park on a relatively quiet, local feeling street. Would definitely stay here again.
