We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer. We booked two rooms through the app and two directly with the hotel, and the entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth and well managed. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful. A special mention to Mr. Neeraj Mehrishi, GM, who has always been a great host. He has an amazing team. Mr. Avi Yadav from Sales has also always been available to help with our bookings and make our stay hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet at The Amer Kitchen for both dinner and breakfast. The spread was excellent and the food tasted really good. Mr. Rahul and Mr. Amit from the F&B team were wonderful, and special compliments to Chef Kishore and Chef Manish. Also, a special mention to Ms. Ayushi at the Front Office for her courteous and pleasant service. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. It is the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team here certainly does that. Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Jaipur. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, a pleasant atmosphere, and high-quality service. The staff was very polite, professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their behaviour and dedication made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the cleanliness was impressive, and the overall service met high standards. Every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism and genuine care for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer and the experience was great right from the time we made our bookings until check-out. We booked two rooms through the app and another two directly with the hotel. The entire process was smooth and well coordinated, and the team made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The rooms were comfortable and the overall stay was very relaxing. What really stood out for us, though, was the hospitality. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Neeraj Mehrishi, General Manager, who has always been a great host. It is always a pleasure interacting with him, and he clearly has a wonderful team. Mr. Avi Yadav from Sales has also been consistently helpful and available whenever we needed assistance with our bookings or stay. His support made things very easy for us. We particularly enjoyed our meals at The Amer Kitchen. The buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast was impressive, with plenty of choices and, importantly, everything tasted really good. Mr. Rahul and Mr. Amit from the F&B team were excellent and made us feel very comfortable. A special appreciation to Chef Kishore and Chef Manish for the delicious food. Also, a warm mention for Ms. Ayushi at the Front Office, who was very courteous and pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel has a lovely team that understands the importance of making guests feel welcome. Thank you to Mr. Neeraj Mehrishi and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Jaipur. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special appreciation for Pankaj Pandey, who went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and pleasant. His polite nature, professionalism, and helpful attitude truly deserve applause. Thank you, Pankaj Pandey, for the wonderful hospitality! Trust me, This Guy made my Stay and day, Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Good hotel and staff but too far from Jaipur central. Getting a taxi is very difficult and that’s a biggest bottle neck here. Breakfast was good with decent spread ,pool and other amenities are ok and Restuarent is not on expensive side but food was good.

I was expecting a much better overall experience from a Hilton property, but unfortunately, our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur fell short of those expectations. We were three guests staying in one room, and basic amenities such as toiletries, towels, glasses, cups, and water bottles were either missing or not provided in sufficient quantity for three guests. What was particularly disappointing was that we had to call housekeeping repeatedly for almost every requirement. Even after calling, the requested items were not delivered together. One item would arrive at a time, and we often had to explain repeatedly that there were three guests staying in the room. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between the teams, as the housekeeping staff did not appear to be aware of what had already been requested during our calls. This made something as basic as getting the required room amenities unnecessarily inconvenient. For a hotel of this category, I would expect the room to be prepared appropriately for the number of guests staying, with the housekeeping team informed in advance. These are basic details that should ideally be taken care of without the guest having to repeatedly follow up. The checkout experience was also disappointing. When I mentioned that there was room for improvement, I expected the feedback to be received warmly and professionally. Instead, the response felt rather cold and abrupt, with the interaction ending along the lines of everything being clear and that we could leave. A little warmth and acknowledgement at that point would have made a significant difference. There were, however, a few positives. The early check-in was accommodated, although the room was not completely ready at the time. Also, the beautiful and very tasty cake/pastry arranged for my brother-in-law's birthday was genuinely appreciated. It was complimentary, although it did require quite a few requests and follow-ups before it was arranged. The cake itself was lovely and made the occasion special. Overall, I feel the property has significant room for improvement, particularly in housekeeping coordination, attention to basic guest requirements, room preparation according to the number of occupants, and the warmth of guest interactions. These may seem like small details individually, but together they have a significant impact on the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards delivering the level of service and hospitality one would reasonably expect from a Hilton property. Location far from city centre (outskirts). Great venue for destination wedding. Ample Parking.

The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. The service was excellent, and the entire team was always helpful and attentive to every need. The hospitality and overall service were truly impressive. Everything was well managed, and the staff's behaviour made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and outstanding staff behaviour. Highly recommended!
