Resort is located out side city .on delhi jaipur highway , But yes while coming from delhi resort location was very easy to locate . We stayed there with friends and family to celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary. It was fabulous we all enjoyed our stay Mr Yogesh fnb manager arranged a wonderful gala evening with folk dance and music. Rooms were good .front desk staff was helpful and polite. Resort have a wonderful Big lobby. Definitely good place for conference and destination wedding. Overall our group enjoyed their trip. Thank u team shiv vilas keep rocking .

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, with elegant surroundings, spacious rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that made our visit truly relaxing. The restaurant deserves special appreciation for its excellent food. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The quality, taste, and variety were outstanding, making every dining experience enjoyable. What truly made our stay special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Specially Thanks to Mr. Ashutosh ji and Nitesh and all the Members.

We had a lovely experience at Shiv Vilas Resort, Jaipur. The property is beautiful, peaceful and has a wonderful royal ambience. A special mention to Mr. Harsh, the manager, who was extremely helpful throughout. He personally assisted us with the reservation and made sure the room arrangement was taken care of smoothly. His prompt response, courteous behaviour and willingness to help really stood out and made our experience hassle-free. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend Shiv Vilas for a relaxing and memorable stay in Jaipur! ❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Shiv Vilas Resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly gives a royal experience. A special mention to the housekeeping staff for keeping the lobby exceptionally clean and fresh throughout the day. Their hard work and attention to detail really enhanced the overall experience. Last month we had the pleasure of spending two nights at Shiv Vilas as part of a Golden Triangle tour with Surya. Despite its palatial appearance, we were surprised to learn the hotel was built recently and designed to reflect features of various Indian palaces. Arriving there felt a bit like being in a movie, far too regal to resemble our day to day life. The staff gave us a warm welcome that included a particularly delicious welcome drink, and we were surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a suite. Our room (#2604, Kanchan Mahal) was huge, beautiful, comfortable, and very well air-conditioned. We especially admired the spectacular peacock adorning the glass doors to the bathroom. Possibly the best part of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff. Nitesh and Kamla checked us in and were very helpful during our stay, and Nitesh gave us a tour to explain some features of the hotel. Ziradhari and his staff in Housekeeping kept our room spotless, took great care with our laundry, and answered our questions about how things worked. Last but not least is the restaurant staff, where Radhey (at breakfast) Surendera (at dinner) made sure we were well taken care of by the rest of the crew. We also very much appreciated Kajal, who watched over us during both breakfast and dinner both days, answered questions about breakfast buffet items, and brought us our much-needed coffees and masala chais each morning. If we visit Jaipur again, we’d love to return to Shiv Vilas!

Impressive Hospitality and Ambience......... I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout. The rooms were clean well-maintained, and comfortable. The service standards, hospitality, and overall ambiance were excellent. Thank you to the entire team for aking the stay smooth and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and has a royal feel to it . Perfect for staycations and a weekend getaway. The food here is good and fresh . The staff especially Mr. Radhey ensured we had a seamless and a wonderful experience in the restaurant. The staff is very talented and ensured our every request was fulfilled. The environment is calm and peaceful. The property is clean and well maintained. Definitely value for money. The only drawback is the rooms are small, not what you expect from a resort. Also the AC is not quite efficient in rooms. Overall a 9/10
