Our stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski was truly exceptional, defined by unparalleled hospitality and attention to detail. Every moment felt curated to perfection, making our visit an unforgettable experience. ### Exceptional Dining Experiences The culinary team at **Signatures Restaurant** exceeded all expectations. We are incredibly grateful to **Kezia** and **Pak Ridwan** for their warm, attentive service, which made every meal feel special. A heartfelt thank you to **Chef Howard** and **Chef Arif**—the quality and flavor of the dishes were truly world-class. ### Thoughtful Hospitality The team at **IRD** ensured our room was a perfect sanctuary, kindly providing us with a delicious pizza and a fresh fruit platter. We were also delighted by the beautiful, personalized mirror greeting from **Monica** (Lady in Red), and we want to extend a special thanks to the **Pastry Team** for the wonderful complimentary cake. Their collective thoughtfulness truly elevated our stay. ### Impeccable Lounge Service Waiting for our check-in process was a pleasure rather than a chore, thanks to the fantastic team at the **Executive Lounge**. The service provided by **Jihad, Gusman, Kevin, Nisa, Alana, Chef Bayu, and Bang Dodit** was seamless, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Their collective effort set the tone for a wonderful stay from the very first moment. ### A Night to Remember at Nirwana Our evening at **Nirwana** to watch the World Cup was the highlight of our trip. We must give a massive shout-out to **Surya**, the winner of the Dilmah competition. His expertise was evident in the incredible Gold Dilmah drink he crafted for us—it was easily one of the best beverages we have ever had. Everything about this stay was flawless. The combination of luxurious facilities and a team that genuinely cares about their guests makes Hotel Indonesia Kempinski a cut above the rest. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent Location and Consistent ServiceI especially loved the location, with a seamless connection to Grand Indonesia. Despite the hotel’s age, cleanliness is top-notch—the bedsheets and pillow cases are pristine white. The hospitality is outstanding, and the staff are consistently polite and professional in their handling of guests. Thank you for the room upgrade and complimentary mini bar.My only suggestion for improvement is that some towels need to be replaced. Thanks again.

We had another smooth and enjoyable stay at Kempinski. As a returning guest who has stayed at the hotel several times, I continue to appreciate the high standard of the property and the consistently comfortable experience. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and the surrounding area. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our stay was comfortable from arrival to departure. As a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, I also appreciate the recognition and benefits associated with the programme. The only disappointment was the lack of recognition for the special occasion we were celebrating. It was a birthday stay, and unfortunately the hotel missed an opportunity to make the occasion more memorable. As a Titanium member and returning guest with several previous stays, I had hoped for a small personal gesture to mark the birthday. Even something simple, such as a small cake, card, or thoughtful birthday amenity, would have created a special moment and made a lasting impression. There were also several hiccups with the suite during my stay, which I had never experienced before but were promptly sorted by the on-duty Lady-In-Red. The suite was remarkable, and I truly enjoyed the stay, Overall, we still had a positive and comfortable stay. Kempinski continues to impress with its excellent location, cleanliness, and quality. I hope greater attention to special occasions and returning guests will make future stays even more memorable.

As a General Manager of an international hotel chain myself, I strongly believe that our teams are a reflection of our leadership. We set the expectations and standards, and our teams bring those standards to life through the experiences they create for our guests.|I would particularly like to recognize your Food & Beverage team, especially the buffet team. They are one of the main reasons I chose to return to Kempinski for a second stay.|What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. I was treated as a friend, not simply as another guest. As hoteliers, we understand that every interaction with a guest is our “showtime,” and our teams are expected to put forward their very best. However, what I experienced from your Food & Beverage team went beyond professional service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and friendliness felt truly sincere and genuine.|They are Food & Beverage heroes and a tremendous asset to your hotel. This is the kind of service that creates an emotional connection with a guest and, more importantly, creates loyalty. In my case, it is exactly what brought me back for a second stay.|I would also like to recognize the Front Office team for their hospitality and for upgrading me to a larger room, which was very much appreciated.|My compliments also go to your Bell Services, Security, and Engineering teams. Every interaction I had with these departments was professional, helpful, and welcoming, and they each contributed positively to my overall experience.|As a fellow General Manager, I know that beautiful hotels and facilities are important, but ultimately it is our people who define the guest experience. Your team demonstrated that exceptionally well.|Please extend my sincere appreciation and recognition to them. They deserve to know that their efforts are noticed and that the genuine hospitality they provide is one of the reasons guests like myself choose to return to Kempinski.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. We’ve stayed at several 5-star hotels throughout our honeymoon, but this one truly took the cake. The room was beautiful, the attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt looked after every step of the way. The breakfast spread was easily the best we’ve ever had—an incredible variety of high-quality food with something for everyone. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely lunch at OKU! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was very comfortable for a nice Japanese dining experience. Everything was well taken care of from start to finish. Special thanks to Kezhia and Aldi for the warm and attentive service. They were very friendly, helpful, and made our lunch experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone looking for a great Japanese dining experience in Jakarta! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an incredible stay in Jakarta! From the first moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, the room was elegant and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere felt luxurious yet warm at the same time. A very special thank you to Erwin, Hendra, Adam, and Geraldine (and their whole teams) for the outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. Each of you made my experience truly memorable with your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Petra. It is clear that your leadership and passion are reflected in every aspect of the hotel experience. Creating such a high level of service and warmth is not easy, and you and your team have done an exceptional job. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had, and I am already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta! Also, a small personal recommendation: don’t miss Kempi Deli in the directly connected mall — fantastic dishes, pastries, desserts, coffee, and a perfect place to relax.
