We had a great stay at Tea Apartment! Dragan was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — it had all the utensils, cookware, and essentials we needed for cooking. Very close in kotor old town. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

A really nice little room for your time in Kotor. You could NOT get a more perfect location, tucked just outside the old town so it’s less than 5 minute walk but you miss all the noise by being a block behind so it’s very peaceful and quiet in the apartments. It was nice to have a cook stove with pots/pans etc and towels. Super affordable price specifically for the location since Kotor has gotten quite expensive and the old town itself can be pricey. However a small issue for us that I think needs attention is rubbish collection. We stayed here for 5 days and not once was rubbish collected from our room which I think is a bit unsanitary and not very nice, especially since you can’t flush toilet paper here. Also no fresh towels/toilet paper were provided within that time. Lastly, there was only the thinnest blanket and flat sheet provided so if you get cold I would bring something extra to sleep with. I would absolutely recommend and book here again just a few small things to be aware of.

For starters, the location is amazing! It took us 2-3 minutes to walk from the apartment to the old city walls. All true about a bakery, restaurants and grocery store within minutes to walk. The apartment was minimalistic but perfect. Had all the kitchen ware for 2. We stayed in the Garden Apartment (#2), which had a really comfortable bed. Had coffee and drinks in the garden, another added delight the had a beautiful sideline to the old city and mountains. Lastly, we want to thank our hosts for a wonderful nearly week-long stay. We will stay here upon our return.

Stayed in "Flowers" apartment for 3 nights. Such a good location, the old town, the shopping centre and the port are all less than 5 minutes walk away. The room was a little cramped but not a big issue as we travelled light. Dragan was a very helpful host too.

Very good choice for Kotor visit. I definitely recommend it and if I’m ever back to Kotor I’ll stay at this same place myself. It is just next to the Old town so it takes no time to get there but you are protected from the Old town noise in the night. It happened so that I stayed in 2 different apartments at Tea and both were great. Very clean, very comfortable. The one with the terrace has The Terrace:) it was very enjoyable to have self cooked breakfasts there with its beautiful view over the Old Town. Friendly host but could have been a bit nicer and share a teaspoon of washing detergent for our clothes:)

A perfect stay in Kotor. Very nice view from Vista apartment. Felt just like home. Have everything you need in an apartment. Enjoyed every moment of my stay. Check in and check out process was super smooth. No hassle. Just a minute walk from Old Town Walls. Close to the hike as well. Thank you Dragan.
