We had a wonderful stay at this B & B. The location was fantastic, convenient, central, and close to everything we needed, making it very easy to explore the area. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. A special shout out to Danica who was so lovely. Made our stay that extra special. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and we genuinely felt well looked after.

Nice room, clean kitchen area (though felt a bit hostel like) & very friendly happy helpful staff but expected better having paid nearly €650 for 3 nights off season. Great location …but very strong cat smell In stair well/front lobby & I’m afraid to say I’m not a cat lover.

We have booked 3 nights here at Kotor Nest and we were very much pleased. Location is great being inside Kotor, but the true gem is the hosts' hospitality. Location: It is right inside the walled medieval coastal town. Be mindful though that the taxi drop off will be about 1-2 minute walk which does not take any stars at all. There is a plethora of restaurants surrounding it as well as a convenience store closeby. If you plan to hike up to San Giovanni Church, the entry path is near as well. Room: Very homey and personalized style. It is rather clean, warm and inviting. We were here during the start of the summer season and the AC really helped a lot. There is a en-suite shower and toilet, which is a must. Slight noise can be heard from outside if it is very silent, but otherwise not a reason for us to be bothered at night. It depends on the guests that are staying as well. On the whole, the guests and staff were very mindful of the noise when we were there. Hospitality: From the start, we were greeted by our host Adriana and made us felt welcome. Introduced us to their amenities, the living room, dining room and kitchen; basically the shared space. Hospitality can make or break someone's holiday, I'm pretty sure it was the former for us. Definitely recommending this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is perfect and rooms are nice but it was very noisy in our room from the corridor with people making coffees from 6am which kept waking us up. The shower was hit and miss, sometimes the pressure was too weak for it to stay on. There are building works going on on the ground floor, they were very polite and cleared the area for us when we went past but didn’t know about it before. It is a nice hotel, just a few things to be aware of.

Great hotel with super friendly staff! Located at the heart of Old town. Only minus is that you don't have a fridge in the room and must use shared areas. For the price paid I would expect to have everything in the room. But would definitely recommend. A bit too pricy for the standard but it seems to be expensive in all of Old town. Note that no breakfast is offered.

This is meant to be constructive feedback and not just a rant. The location is great. You are in the heart of the city near everything. Reception folks are nice and helpful. Now, there are a few things that can be improved. The room is not cleaned daily. They provide you with free towels and other stuff if you need, but maybe this could be done proactively? They could change the towels, emtpy trashbins and put new soap/shampoo/toilet paper etc and not clean. I've seen that done in other hotels and it doesn't take a lot of time. There is a coffee machine in the corridor which sounds like a great idea but turned out to be terrible. You can hear everything when anyone talks in the corridor, so people would stop as early as 6am in the corridor and talk while they wait for their coffee. I wasn't able to hear people from other rooms, just the corridor. Wifi is a hit or miss. When connected, the speed is great, but it's getting/staying connected what becomes a challenge. We have a couple of phones (android and iphone) and a laptop, and all of them had issues connecting. The signal was strong in our room, but it just didn't work most of the time and had to rely on our phones data frequently. If you need to do some work and join zoom/teams calls this would be a problem. I even heard someone complain about it (because as I mentioned you can hear everyone in the corridor) and the reception person restarted the router, but it didn't help. There is no tv in the room. I don't really mind but some people would. There is no fridge in the rooms. There is one shared fridge in the corridor, which helps, but having a small fridge in the rooms is something that many people appreciate. The water heater is also a hit or miss, we needed to wait a little bit between people taking showers or the second person would get cold water. The pressure seemed low at times. The desk had a small panel falling down that was taped. If you need to use the desk this would be annoying.
