We brought our group of friends here after our wedding, and had a great time. Liza, Jovana and Mia went out of their way to make sure everything goes smooth. Breakfast was average but good enough, rooms were comfy with a beautiful view, the restaurant was very tasty with some great options. Prčanj was quiet, but close enough to Kotor. Overall highly recommend if you want to take it easy.

Unfortunately, our three-night stay did not meet the standards we would expect from a four-star hotel. The first major issue was housekeeping. The bed linen had visible stains in several places, as shown in the photos. After housekeeping serviced the room, the bed was made extremely poorly and untidily During our entire three-night stay, the bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap, were never replenished. Even the glasses we had used for drinks the previous evening were left unwashed the following day. There was an electric kettle in the room, but strangely, nothing was provided with it — no tea, no coffee, and not even complimentary drinking water. Having a kettle without anything to actually prepare with it seemed rather pointless, particularly for a hotel of this category. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The photos advertised by the hotel give the impression of a much more varied buffet, showing different cheeses, cold cuts, nuts and other options. The reality was very different. There were no nuts at all, and the selection was extremely limited, with essentially one type of cheese, one type of olives, eggs and a few other basic items. The bread and croissants were stale, hard and did not seem fresh. The coffee machine also appeared to be in serious need of maintenance and descaling. It could take around five minutes just to dispense a small cup of espresso. Getting hot water for tea was surprisingly difficult as well. Hot water was frequently unavailable, and on several occasions I specifically had to ask for it. Twice, a thermos was brought to me containing lukewarm rather than hot water. Communication with the staff was also difficult, as several staff members had very limited English. The location has both advantages and disadvantages. The hotel is relatively close to Kotor and the setting by the Bay of Kotor is pleasant. However, guests arriving with a rental car should be aware that the road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow in many places. Driving along it can be stressful, particularly when encountering local drivers who often drive quite fast and leave very little room for oncoming traffic. So while the hotel may appear conveniently located near Kotor on the map, access by car is not necessarily convenient. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant setting and certainly has potential, but the standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, breakfast, maintenance, room amenities and guest service was simply not what we expected from a four-star property. The reality was noticeably different from the impression given by the hotel's photos and description.

Great stay. Personal was super friendly. There are also a few cats on the property that the hotel seems to keep good care off! Only downside is that the airco and the fridge in the room are pretty loud. If you don't use those and instead keep the windows open at night, you hear the airco of your neighbours very well.

Very good level of cleanliness, professionalism. food quality. I would rate as good depending on what you order. I would recommend the salads, grilled meats, burgers. Breakfast was continental style which is not to my taste but there was pastry items, juice and cereals. When we arrived in our room, the towels were folded nicely and the room was fresh. When we checked in, the receptionists were super lovely and chatted to us throughout our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a package, but ended up leaving after the first night and were honestly reluctant to even stay that long. We requested a room with a better view and to be fair, they did upgrade us, but the room still wasn’t great and had a bad smell throughout our stay.|The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were ants in the fridge when we arrived, and we woke up the next morning to ants in the bedroom as well, which was completely unacceptable.|Breakfast was also very disappointing — the food was cold, tasteless, and not enjoyable at all.|The one good thing I would say is the bed was very comfortable which is where the one star comes from. |Overall, this was a very poor experience and unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

First of all the staff were the best thing in our stay. Food is not the best. Room had small bugs on carpet and no bins in the room although they only had one in the toilet. I would not recommend the pool as it was disgusting. Also be prepared to use the stairs as there are no lifts. Oh and the electricity went off twice during our stay which was really annoying. Really shocked as this hotel was not cheap.

The hotel has a nice location, but unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was noticeable dust in the room, and the terraces were not properly maintained. The ashtrays were full, and there were even leftover chips that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Overall, the hygiene needs significant improvement.

Not recommended!!! Old rooms. Everything is neglected. Bad breakfast. The food was spoiled. Getting to the place is very problematic and dangerous. Very far from the old town of Kotor. We were 2 couples in two different rooms. There was no hot water in the shower. The TV did not work. Entering the room with an old key. Parking is inaccessible and walking up to the room is dangerous. We experienced trauma from the place. I would not go there for free
