From walking in, all staff were super friendly and accommodated any requests perfectly. The room was impressive. Very spacious, clean, with all amenities you could think of. Great TV and sofa lounger for relaxing, balcony for evenings and comfy big bed. Big thank you to the breakfast service staff. We had the same girl greet us every morning and she was so helpful and friendly. Big thank you to the same girl who’s working the egg station every day, she was awesome and they tasted delicious. All other staff were always smiling and accommodating requests from other guests that we thought were ridiculous. Good breakfast options. The pools were very clean, never busy and well maintained. Good opening hours too Location is great, we chose a more relaxing holiday and even with all the bars nearby, we couldn’t hear a thing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Big thank you to all the breakfast staff, reception staff and housekeeping team for being so kind and accommodating.

We stayed here a couple days for our 10th aniversary in one of their lake private cabins, first of all the place is stunning, amazing views, wildlife and the pond. The service was as well top notch, all the staff was showing that thai kindness, special shot out to Charles that made our check in very pleasant. The cabin decoration is beautiful, with the hidromassage bathutb and indoor shower, and the breakfast was very good too with amazing views of the cliffs. We really enyojed our stay and made the aniversary unforgettable. On a side note, there is room for improvment, specially on the maintenance, the place would really beneffit from a new coat of paint, the furniture of the pools, some parts of the pond, and the overall look of the place shows that is a little old, and the toilet for example didnt always have good stream of water. If they did some small fixing the place would go from 4 stars to 5 stars. But aniway we really enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, no matter what their role was. The food in the restaurant was very good and only a bid more expensive than outside in the village of Krabi. The rooms (cottages) were big with 50 sqm and clean. Highly recommended. We loved that place and will come back soon.

We recently stayed at the Peace Laguna Resort and had a wonderful experience. The most surprising thing about this hotel is its fantastic location. Despite being situated right in the middle of the lively "Walking Street" area with all its hustle and bustle, the resort itself feels like a different world.|The hotel is beautifully landscaped. Walking through the resort feels like being in a tropical garden, complete with a lovely scenic pond and bungalows surrounded by lush greenery. It’s incredibly peaceful.|​We were very impressed with the accommodations. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.|​While the hotel is admittedly a bit dated (it shows its age in some areas), it is very well-maintained and clean, which more than makes up for it.|​If you want to be close to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Ao Nang but still want to wake up to the sound of birds instead of traffic, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of an older gem, but the space and the greenery make it a 8/10 for relaxation.

Rude reception staff: due to 1000 bath (for breakfast, which is at the time of booking trip.com it was impossible to pay) they caused a scandal and even after the additional payment they reminded me several more times. We took a room for 3 people, but the hotel staff did not take care of the 3rd person: they did not make the bed, so we had to go to the reception and resolve the issue. We took 5 nights, but the cleaning was only 2 times. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. There is nothing going on at the hotel, no entertainment.

We’ve stayed 6 nights at this hotel in a superior room. The room was big, with a large balcony, and well decorated. It looked modern and appealing. The bathroom was great too, with both a bath and a shower. However the shower gel didn’t smell good (or it was the bottle we got?) and was not get replaced. The room was clean and daily housekeeping was perfect. The breakfast was what you can expect from a 4 stars hotel, the omelette section that were made on demand was very good and the lady super friendly. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful. The gym was very basic and some equipment should be changed or repaired. Also there is no towel or water in the gym. There are 3 pools, not crowded, we could get a subbed every time we went there. The hotel is at a walking distance from the beach and on one of the main streets with many shops and restaurants. There are a 7-eleven and a food court next door, which is convenient. Overall a good hotel, especially the room.

Amazing experience. The pools are very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lastly breakfast was amazing too! Loved our room, very spacious and clean. The vibe is very peaceful and the location is perfect, close to everything including the beach, tour desks, and restaurants. Value to money!.

Mixed feelings, but overall I would still recommend this hotel. We actually stayed here twice, with a week in between at another property. The first 5 days were genuinely excellent, everything went very well, the staff was attentive and the experience was great. The second arrival, only a week later, was a different story. No help with the luggage when we arrived in the van, I had to carry heavy suitcases and a bag on my own for about 30 meters to reception, with two children next to me. At reception, a long wait before anyone took care of us. At the bar, the bartender saw me from a distance for a good 10 minutes without acknowledging me, and when he finally came to make the cocktail, I felt like I was bothering him. So it’s really a tale of two stays. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, and to be fair the vast majority of employees we met during the first stay were top. The rooms are nice, the hotel itself is pleasant, and despite this less convincing second arrival I would still recommend it.
