We chose the location for proximity to Green Lake Park and it was the right choice. The fitness center on the 21st floor was worth a visit just for the 360 degree views of the city, as well as having a lot of options for exercise such as free-weights, treadmills, and pool and air-hockey. The breakfast buffet was one of the best and biggest we had in China. It was worth the cost. We arrived late in the evening and the staff greeted us with a fruit and snack bag. They helped us get a taxi to the train on departure. Make sure to have the address because the name of the hotel did not appear in Didi, nor did the taxi driver know of it.

Staying here was incredible Good. The only issue I had was the air condition who didn’t work but the team here fixed it very early and gave me a very good makeup to let me feel comfortable at their hotel. Definitely recommended one of my favorites in this town.

Solid old-school hotel with an incredible location right by the lake. For the price it’s decent tho I might stay somewhere a little nicer next time. Breakfast is acceptable but acoustics in the restaurant are horrible - super noisy. Also the gym is just bizarre but usable and they need to keep the AC on. Pool was under construction so you might wanna call ahead if that’s important to you.

Grand Park Hotel is centrally located by the lake and it’s beautiful. Servise is top-notch. Facility is amazing and they give you little presence like roast tea and rose cake and fruit. The service is amazing. I will come back again.

Everything what one could expect from a classical well maintained hotel. Top service, amazing breakfast, perfect parking conditions, close to most interestin central sites.Recommend.

Great hotel in walking distance of green lake Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed total of five days. First two days in superior room. when i returned was upgraded to deluxe room with view over the green park. Rooms were moderate size with good sized beds ( although only a twin room). Good range on room amenities. Hotel staff helpful in advising where to go and locating restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a broad range of western and local options. The room heater could not be controlled well with the thermostat - at times had to turn it off and open window.

This was a pleasant stay near Green Park and old street Kunming, l within walking dkstance of this relaxed and chilled city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as the options nearby were plentiful but it looked good.The hotpot restaurant near to the hotel Huagood was amazing and the server paid us much care and attention for mushroom hotpot.
