We constantly stay here. The eason we do is it is always very clean. The staff is always pleasant. The pool area is great. The non smoking atmosphere is the topper. The location especially with the tram accessaloows us easy access to most of the strip. The italian food market is also tremendous. We have stayed there 4 times in the last 2 years. We will continue this habit.

I like the hotel and I LOVED the fact that it was smoke free. I would call it a modest hotel, not over the top....but nothing particularly exceptional about it either. EXCEPT for EATALY. Rooms were very clean, but had an awful scent...seriously unpleasing room spray. The hotel was very clean in general and reasonably updated. I was very, very disappointed with check in. We waited almost 2 hours...and at the end of that there were very few in line. I did mobile check in, but nothing. I was told, only after I went up to finally check on my suite that there was an error on their side. I also paid for a strip view and didn't get that even though I paid for it. So for that reason, it was a disappointment because it was a very special occasion visit. The food and retail prices in the hotel, like everything on the strip are just absurd... But it's been a few years since Ive been. It was great having the pedestrian bridge.

Park MGM has a calm, modern vibe that feels different from most places on the Strip. The moment you walk in, there’s this clean, relaxed atmosphere that makes everything feel easy. No heavy smoke, no overwhelming noise — just a smooth, comfortable space that’s actually enjoyable to be in. The casino floor has a nice flow to it. It’s open, bright, and simple to navigate, which makes wandering around feel effortless. The whole property has this understated confidence, like it knows exactly what it wants to be and doesn’t need to shout about it. What really stands out is how comfortable the place feels. The restaurants are inviting, the lounges have a laid‑back charm, and the overall design makes you want to slow down and enjoy your time instead of rushing from one thing to the next. It’s a great spot for people who like the excitement of Vegas but also appreciate a little breathing room. The staff adds to the experience. They’re friendly without being over the top, helpful when you need something, and they keep the place running smoothly. It’s the kind of service that feels natural, not forced. Park MGM is one of those properties that surprises you in the best way. It’s stylish, comfortable, and easy to enjoy — a refreshing break from the usual Vegas chaos. Once you spend time here, you start to appreciate how nice it is to have a place on the Strip that feels this relaxed.

I liked the Park MGM. Its a very good middle-ish tier strip hotel. The location is excellent right next to T-Mobile arena. It has plenty of dining options including Eataly and the Crackshack. It is not too fancy but its definitely nice. The rooms are basic. Comfy beds and excellent showers. They have a couple pools which are good. The best part of the whole joint is the Haus of Gaga. She's the best and its worth checking out if you stay at the hotel or are just passing through

Very happy with our stay here. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Most importantly, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel from parking. Staff was helpful and kind. There were not endless casino's and shopping areas on the way in to the room. We could park and get to our room in under five minutes. This was especially helpful, as we were working hard and very tired. The shower power was out of this world! Legit heaven on earth. Also, great value for dollar. At one point we accidentally touched something from the wet bar and were worried we would be charged. We called the front desk and they confirmed all was well. That is a huge plus given how finicky these Vegas casino's can be. Highly recommend.

The rooms at Park MGM were beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Las Vegas. After all the lights, crowds, and excitement on the Strip, it was the ideal place to relax and recharge. Honestly, the bed was so comfortable it almost convinced me to skip Vegas and just stay in the room.

I stayed at Park MGM during a business trip and overall found it to be a beautiful hotel with pleasant staff and a great location on the Strip. The rooms were comfortable, the property was clean, and the atmosphere was professional yet relaxing. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to accommodations for guests with textured and curly hair. The Las Vegas heat had my curls completely dried out, so thank goodness I packed my own hair products. After co-washing my hair, I spent entirely too much time fighting with a hair dryer that wouldn’t stay on long enough to properly dry my hair. Eventually, I gave up and headed to the pool, figuring the Nevada sun could do what the dryer couldn’t. While I was sitting there drying my curls naturally, I couldn’t help but notice a few curious stares. For the record, you’re smelling, berries, sunshine, and expensive curl products. My advice to my fellow curly-haired sisters: bring your own products and definitely bring your own hair dryer and diffuser. You’ll thank me later. Despite the dryer situation, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. Park MGM is a lovely property; I just hope they consider more inclusive amenities for guests with different hair care needs.
