Amazing experience and excellent location! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the hotel staff, amenities and accommodations were all exceptional! The properties manager, staff, bartenders Mitchell and Jonathon were a pleasure and very helpful in assisting and guiding me on how to prepare my days and get to most out of their wonderful city! I can't enough about the location! It is in the midst of Miraflores and offers many options for drinks, food and local attractions! Not even 5 minutes from Kennedy park, I found it to be a great spot as the road has numerous bars and restaurants to select from! As my flight arrived around 10:30 pm I was not sure about getting through customs. I saw some other places that had check-in was only until midnight, however here was until 3:00 am. Glad I decided to stay here! Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was strong and hot and they do have a restaurant on-site, which I'm sure was excellent as it was packed for breakfast when I was heading out to start my day! You will not be disappointed with the place and it will be where I stay when heading back to Lima!

This hotel, without a proper reason, cancelled our room a day before arrival and when calling and texting they only put the blame on Booking. They just mentioned via booking that my creditcard didn't work. I directly called them to make sure I was able to pay directly or later-on but the room was already gone. They came up with an alternative hotel, that was of less quality and we even had to pay more. What a disgraceful service...

It was an amazing hotel - spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was my first time going to Peru and I traveled with my family and so I booker a room with 2 beds. It was definitely nice coming back from a long day of travel and be able to lay in a comfortable bed. The location made it very easy to travel around Lima. Highly recommend!

I just had the pleasure of visiting Lima with my 92year old mom, so that we could celebrate her birthday with family and friends. The hotel is in perfect location, the rooms are clean, the breakfast had great choices!! The fresh orange juice was amazing. The quality of the service from the hotel personnel was just amazing! The persons that cleaned our room for 8 days, all the porters, doormen, reception desk, I thank you all for making such a special stay for my mom and I. The colors of the hotel were a bit dark and old but it did not take away at all from how special the people that work there are. We felt respected, cared for, and attended in every way. That street used to be very quiet full of quaint little stores, now it is full of pubs and clubs for the younger crowd with music until 6am. Although we could hear the music every night, it really did not bothered us that much. I would stay there in a bit for its service and location. Thank you to everyone at the Faraona Grand Hotel!!!❤️

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. Nice little cozy lounge area to have a few drinks. The room and bathroom was large and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I had an issue checking in for my flight and the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me. One negative that I have to mention, the floors in the room were dirty. Just walking from my bed to the bathroom turned my feet black. Hopefully the hotel reads this and rectifies that. Otherwise, great stay and don’t be afraid to book it. It is located in a superb location.

This is the third or fourth time my family and I have stayed at the Faraona Grand Hotel, and it’s always been a great experience. The rooms are clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast is included, and the team there takes excellent care of guests, especially Andrés Arana, who was consistently attentive to everyone. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Parque Kennedy and many restaurants, bars, and shops.
