We entered the hotel about 4:30 AM after 2 flights to get to Peru. Exhausted, sleepy, and tired. Thank goodness for Leyla who worked the check in counter/front desk. She was pure joy, extremely helpful, and very supportive trying to get us an earlier check in to our room.|She definitely went above and beyond for us. |The hotel staff are all extremely pleasant and always smiling. The lobby and other areas of the hotel are always clean. |The breakfast is really good. The staff work Very hard to accommodate everyone. |The food is plentiful, and offers a variety of dishes.|The hotel is perfectly situated with lots of restaurants, parks, tourist attractions, and always buzzing with people on the streets. |The room was very large and nice. |Probably the only little negative was the shower head in the bathroom. |A huge thumbs up for this hotel. |Barry

Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores! Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Outstanding Hospitality Stephany, Keith, and Leyla at the front desk set the gold standard for hospitality. They greeted us with warm smiles every day, handled our requests effortlessly, and provided wonderful local recommendations to help us explore Miraflores. Edwin, the bellhop, was exceptionally attentive and polite, ensuring our luggage was handled with care and greeting us cheerfully upon every return to the hotel. Zeth, our waiter, truly elevated our dining experiences to a new level of excellence. His attentiveness, warm personality, and genuine passion for hospitality made every meal a highlight of our day. He consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic suggestions with a bright smile, and treated us with a level of care that made us feel like VIP guests. Chef Mariano is an absolute culinary artist whose talent completely blew us away. Every dish he prepared was a masterpiece of flavor, and his dedication to culinary excellence shone through in every single bite. Knowing he was behind the kitchen creations gave us absolute confidence that every meal would be an unforgettable gourmet experience. A Delightful Culinary Touch We were especially delighted to find authentic Peruvian breakfast items included in the breakfast buffet every single morning! Thanks to Chef Mariano and the team, it was an absolute treat to experience a delicious new local dish each day, which made starting our mornings in Peru feel truly immersive, authentic, and special. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such an unforgettable level of service and hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect location. A quiet place with a lots of shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to Love Park and Larcomar Mall. 4 minutes walking to Mercado Surquillo No.1 . Room is spacious with good view. Clean and comfortable Excellent service at the front desk and porters. Plenty selection of breakfasts. Various fresh juice and hot food. But Reward for IHG members should be recognized. We didn't get Welcome Amenity.

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Mirko who helped us with our luggage, he was kind, courteous, and made both our arrival and departure much easier. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, even bigger than Casa Andina in San Isidro and Miraflores. The hotel’s location was very convenient. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Breakfast and lunch was good. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent experience with check in with Evelyn. Made an exception and allowed us to check in very early which was the best scenario with our 3 year old after an early flight. Mirko also helped with our bags and escorted us to the room. Great service!

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Miraflores, close to Parque Kennedy, good choice of restaurants nearby too and about a 15 minute walk to the Malecón. Staff were very friendly, rooms are comfortable, though being so central you get a lot of traffic noise throughout the night - I'd recommend ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice, we requested a takeaway breakfast one day as we had an early start for a trip to Paracas which the hotel obliged which consisted of cereal, yoghurt, water, sandwich and a slice of cake. Our televisivon broke while we were there and someone cane to fix it within minutes. Very reasonable pricing for a very comfortable, spotless and friendly hotel, highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with the hotel staff, particularly Ms. Brissa and Ms. Nicol, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The hotel offers a high-quality breakfast and exceptional room service. The level of cleanliness is impeccable and noticeably superior to that of many hotels we have visited in the United States. The property also provides convenient amenities, including an ice machine, swimming pool, and fitness center. The staff is consistently attentive and readily available to assist with any needs or unforeseen situations. We spent eight very satisfying days at this hotel and confidently recommend it to other guests.

Breakfast was fantastic with so much choice of delicious fresh food. Our waitress Audry was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed including my English breakfast tea. She really made us feel very welcome to Peru and the first day of our holiday here.
