AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! We booked a room at this hotel for one night. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that all the furnishings were damaged and DIRTY. We walked around in just our socks for only two minutes, and the soles of our feet were covered in dust. The bathroom was old and dirty, and the bathtub was YELLOW. It was impossible for us to stay any longer. We contacted Booking immediately to request a refund, but since we had paid the hotel directly rather than through the site, we had to file the claim at the hotel reception. After we informed the front desk, they tried to charge us half the room rate, 35 $ claiming we had stayed for an hour and used the bar of soap. We were still on the line with Booking, and the receptionist, with whom we had been speaking English the whole time pretended not to speak English anymore once Booking was on the call. Both receptionists were incredibly ARROGANT and couldn't care less about the situation; they are SCAMMERS. We eventually received a full refund because we were on the line with Booking; without customer service involved, we would have been ripped off. As we were leaving, the valet mocked us. AVOID THIS PLACE NEVER SET FOOT THERE.

Arrived late at night, as flights from the US are wont to do. Check in was quick and easy. The room was incredible. Pleasantly surprised that the jacuzzi was in our bathtub and not upstairs in the pool. Bed was firm but with just enough give for comfortable sleep. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobe.|Balcony was a surprise. Didn't think any were left by the time we got there. Really cute set up too: table, chairs and an umbrella. Couldn't really enjoy the view due to the wall, though. The fitness center is accessible through the pool. The equipment wasn't maintained well and showed its age. All the equipment was dirty. Some of it was rusty. Others were inoperable.|The sauna facilities, every time we went by, appeared abandoned. No dedicated staff at the desk or even any lights on. There was a video game cabinet on the same floor, also off. We were informed it was out of order. Loved the breakfast buffet. Bread, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon and pancakes. They even changed up the featured dessert and had either bread pudding or pound cake. Location was amazing. Not only was there plenty of shopping and eating on Larco Ave just one block away, but plenty of buses stop on the same and the metro (express bus) stops three blocks away at Ricardo Palma station. And if all you need is a calm green space with a few feral cats to pet/play with, the nearby June 7th/Kennedy parks have you covered. Did not try the karaoke bar or the pool. The karaoke space could work on its sound baffling/insulation as it can be heard on the 3rd floor, where I was sleeping. Not a good arrangement if you're a light sleeper. All in all, I really enjoyed staying here. The Inkari is a really pretty hotel. While I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel, I'd definitely call it a high end boutique hotel. Keep your expectations at that level and you'll have a great time here too.

Need update, noise coming from fridge & jacuzzi area, overpriced, but breakfast was decent, I was charged an extra $22. US for taxes.

This is need a big time update . Don’t let the name luxury fool you . Seems like everything is outdated , moldy , wall paper tearing apart , moldy bathroom , gym has super old equipments and pool doesn’t look clean . No services to help you carry luggages up the stairs . I don’t know what the guy in front by door is good for . Location is not bad . Their hair dryer is like a vacuum with a long plastic tube and not even strong . This is by far the worst hotel ever

Nothing about this place is luxury. Rooms are very old. The staff doesn’t speak English. The restaurant is very limited. No vegan options at all! Not even non dairy milk. Service is slow. Did not feel like I got my money’s worth. Will not come back.

Very disappointed in this hotel . Not sure luxury should be in the title . No complimentary water , bathroom grubby and in need of update . Water did not drain away also . No kettle in the room nor any other ‘extra’ items which I would expect from the title of the hotel . Also asked for a twin room but had to argue this with the receptionist who eventually moved us

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to Kennypark. However, the overall quality seems to fall short of expectations. While the rooms are quite nice and up to standard, the gym facilities are in poor condition with many machines out of order. The swimming pool is quite small, but the sauna is satisfactory. The breakfast selection is limited and lacks replenishment; you might have to call the staff multiple times to refill the food. Additionally, there were no cups available for coffee when you arrived. The staff appears to be unprofessional, and the pricing seems high considering the overall quality. In summary, while the hotel has a good location, there are several areas needing improvement in terms of service and amenities.

The location is good, we didn't have a chance to explore a lot. Hotel needs a little bit of maintenance but it was clean and the rooms spacious, we had a suite so I can't report on standard rooms. I booked because they have a sauna but didn't have a chance to use it. Pool was heated, very good 👍
