I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. They were so helpful booking a transfer from the airport over email. We arrived super late and all was perfect upon arrival. Our room was spacious and clean and there was a special snack waiting for us. We very much appreciated the drink tickets, and used them for coffee in the morning. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The pool is lightly heated, so I was able to do some swimming while my husband used the gym. I was sad to leave such a wonderful hotel!

Needed a last minute stay and booked this beautiful hotel 30 minutes before showing up. The staff were so friendly. Immediately offered me a water or juice during check in. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. Cafe, bar, and restaurant all onsite. Great gym as well! I have already booked my next stay with them.

I had a 3-night stay here and it was fantastic. I was upgraded to a junior suite as Globalist. The suite is quite spacious and has all the amenities provided without having to ask for. The welcome amenity (Peruvian desserts) was also a nice touch and delicious. The breakfast was expansive with some local dishes, not just the typical continental. Egg order was also available. The rooftop bar has nice views all around and is a great place to grab a nightcap. The only thing is that the sauna is very small and you have to make a reservation in advance. The location is quite far from the popular attractions, if you're a tourist, as it is in a business district.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Centric in San Isidro at both the start and end to our trip to Peru! The shared spaces and facilities were wonderful and the newly refreshed rooms were lovely. I must say though, more than anything else, we were blown away by the staff and their incredible service! Gianfranco in particular was one of the nicest concierges we’ve ever worked with, but the entire staff from the front door to the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all remarkably friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re considering a hotel in Lima and hope to return someday!

Well appointed hotel - attentive and efficient staff. Had several great breakfasts while there - Jair kept my coffee full and table cleared! Great area to stay in as well. There’s a rooftop pool and bar (opens later in the day) - watch the sunset from there! Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

I had a 3-day stay at Hyatt San Isidro. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained, my room was spacious, I especially liked the drinks (2X beer) and snacks available at the bar. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and it was a positive part of my stay. I also had dinners at the hotel, although I found the portions relatively small considering the price PEN 90 ish / person. The main area that could be improved is the level of hospitality and staff attitude (I spoke Spanish). While the staff were generally professional, I felt that some interactions lacked warmth, enthusiasm, and the welcoming attitude I would normally expect from Hyatt.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the front desk staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. As a Globalist member, we were also treated to two complimentary Pisco Sours, which was a thoughtful touch. Enjoying them by the pool while taking in the relaxing atmosphere was one of the highlights of our stay. Another big advantage is the value for money. The rates are very reasonable, making this an affordable option compared to many other hotels in Lima. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit farther from Miraflores. However, the tradeoff is that it's closer to Lima's historic city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the cultural and historical attractions of the city. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, comfortable facilities, excellent hospitality, and strong value for money. We would happily stay here again.

Our waiters Jesus and Leonela were excellent; very attentive and polite at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Lima!
