Fantastic hotel from start to end. The responses on the FS app were quick and helpful. While we arrived early they did our best to accommodate us. Rita from the front desk was fantastic as was Rita from the ice cream shop. Both Rita’s were great with our son. The bell captains were great as well, anticipating our needs. Quality FS properly. Super friendly and just do a superb job all around. Only downside is that it’s a decent walk to other places. The contrary to this statement is that the area is relatively quiet. Also within walking distance to the park which is great for a jog/run.

I’ve been to a lot of memorable properties but this is absolutely one of the top hotels I’ve stayed in Europe - highly personalized service, design forward (and spacious) rooms with stunning views, and beautiful facilities. The hotel is glamorous in the best way possible and feels like a trip down memory lane. Most importantly, every stay is consistent with the last. On property - I am personally a massive fan of Cura but there are other great restaurants and bars. The spa is almost a “must” for your stay. Highly recommend for a visit to LIS

Fantastic stay. As usual with Four Seasons, staff is very caring and attentionate. Special mentions to João, Sofia and ana from the front office team and Carolina at the spa. The rooms are modern and blend very well with the overall classic and elegant atmosphere of the building. Pool area is modern and well oriented for afternoon sun. Location is slightly of the main touristic center, if you are walking around all day, you might need to take a taxi to the center from the hotel.

Truly amazing place. Breakfast is out of this world good. Location is perfect. The best gym that I have ever used in a hotel. Customer experience truly great. I have nothing but love for this place. We will be back!

The Four Seasons Lisbon continues to set the standard for luxury hospitality. What makes this hotel truly special is not just the beautiful rooms, incredible location, or outstanding dining—it’s the people especially the front desk manager, Jessica. She was wonderful and shared so much knowledge of the hotel and city with us to enhance our stay. Jessica truly made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Her service was thoughtful, polished, and consistently exceptional from arrival to departure. There is a warmth and attention to detail that transforms a great hotel stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the Jessica and the entire team for making our time in Lisbon so memorable..

The Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon reminded us why Four Seasons continues to set the standard for luxury hospitality. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff seemed to know who we were, greeted us warmly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of attentiveness was remarkable without ever feeling intrusive. The front desk team deserves special recognition. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly personal. Whether arranging transportation, answering questions, or simply welcoming us back after a day of exploring Lisbon, they consistently made us feel like valued guests rather than room numbers. The rooms are spectacular—elegant, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping was flawless, and every detail reflected the level of excellence you expect from one of the world’s great hotels. The concierge team was equally impressive, helping create memorable experiences while making everything feel effortless. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that some of the carpeting throughout the property could benefit from a deep cleaning and refresh. It was a small detail in an otherwise outstanding experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found all over the world. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff at Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon are far more difficult to find. We would return without hesitation and cannot wait to visit again.

My mother took me and a friend to the afternoon brunch on Sunday 21 June 2026. We had a wonderful time. My mother and I had been once before but never on the weekend. The outdoor live cooking station was exceptional. The way the vegetables and fish were prepared and cooked were delicious and added something very special to our experience. The staff were also exemplary in their service. I’m dairy free and the staff and chef arranged some dairy free desserts so I could eat something beyond fruit and these were also divine. If I could give 10 stars I would. The buffet is a must have experience for anyone in or coming to Lisbon! We will always return to the Four Seasons.
