I recently stayed at the hotel during my wedding week, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The guest rooms were clean, beautifully maintained, and consistently met the standards you would expect from a luxury property. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding customer service. Carla and her team went above and beyond to ensure that both we and our wedding guests had a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality made a meaningful difference during such an important week. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially those planning a special occasion. I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

We had a lovely experience at the Intercontinental Lisbon for our 4 day stay. We did receive Club level access and that was a huge game changer for us as we loved the quiet breakfasts with coffee service + happy hours in the evening. Really made the stay wonderful and the service was always impeccable in the Club! The hotel location was great near the park and we found many wonderful restaurants nearby. We especially loved being walking distance to the supermarket and food court at the El Corte Ingles because we experiencing local treats and foods! Dinner at AKLA was also very delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive to my children's food allergies. Very grateful for a wonderful stay!

Great stay here. One of the few modern hotel buildings in area. Clean and well run. Hostess at breakfast particularly wonderful. Located in commercial district - a short walk (with hills) to tourist attractions but Uber and Tuk Tuks are plentiful. Nice park across the street.

Our room interior and decor has a modern luxurious touch. Our room is spotless clean!! The hotel condition and atmosphere is a 5-star standard. The open sky and river view from our room is lovely from day to night. All staffs we encountered are courteous, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for us. A short walk from the park right across led us to the shopping and dining district.

This hotel is absolutely five star. Beginning with our check-in experience, which a helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff guided us through, to welcoming and attentive services received each morning at breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely accentuated. The food offerings are good quality. The location in the city is also great with the property being less than one minute away from the central park and a five-minute walk from a central area of the city and public bus services. This is a delightful place to stay at in Lisboa.

This hotel is always fantastic, as usual! But I want to give a special shoutout to the staff, especially Orlando with Concierge! Orlando was amazing. He gave us the best info and helped us book tours and restaurants. He was always there for us! Such a great guy! I also want to thank Ramesh for being so helpful and making us feel welcome. Dafindeer was also excellent! Sorry if I misspelled his name.

Loved our stay at intercontinental Lisbon. Rooms r clean modern. Breakfast is great. Amazing staff from valet to front desk to room. Breakfast is a great spread where u can order omelettes. We also tried the Akla restaurant the service very slow took an hour to get our food and it was ok nothing special. We also tried the room service and food was really good. Located across a beautiful park. Very convenient and the area is pretty safe. Will stay again if visiting Lisbon.

Unfortunately, a brief stay but I was made to feel very welcome and my status as an IHG member was recognised in nice and appreciated ways. It was my first stay at this property but it didn't feel like that due to the way we were welcomed. The hotel is probably more geared towards business travellers and doesn't have any local character, but there is no shortage of wonderful Portuguese hospitality from the whole team. It is a very polished hotel all round.
