I absolutely love this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff have been incredibly supportive and kind, always going out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. The atmosphere is super cool and welcoming, with stylish decor and a relaxing vibe. Every employee I’ve met has been genuinely helpful and friendly, which makes such a big difference. Overall, it has been a truly great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Room is big and comfortable. I wished the room smelled better though like how it the lobby smells like. That lobby smell is so good that you instantly notice how different the room smell is. Special mention to Mark and Jeffrey who always greats us whenever we see them on the hallway. They made our stay more comfortable. I also enjoyed using the gym, when it was open since it’s only accessible until 9pm.

Prime location in Macau! Staff are very welcoming and helpful, can speak in multi-language. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi where my kids have enjoyed! Such a great experience overall.

I absolutely loved my stay here and the staffs were amazing. Besides their food at breakfast is delicious and i loved the overall ambience alot, located closed to Grand Lisboa where you can get Bus easily to anywhere, Walk distance to Senado square and church.. Would love to visit again!

Macau is definitely an expensive city, especially for hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn. It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable by local standards. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. I requested a quiet floor and got exactly that; slept really well. Location is also a plus: within walking distance to shops and major tourist attractions. Highly recommend for budget-conscious travellers who still want quality.

This hotel is located at a good location, very closed to casinos, shops and restaurants. The lobby is cleaned, smells refreshed , and good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and nice. The worst part is the room smelled very bad, the carpet was so dirty. Big difference between outside and the room. Worst room that I have stayed ever since. Glad that we only stayed for one night.

Extended one night for the family. Good hotel, very courteous staff, swimming pool was adequate. The area is convenient, with different eateries around. Easy walking distance to the other major hotels and shuttle buses.
